You can open each article in the ACP and assign a member. 

Can anyone of you fine folks take a look at this:

And see if you would be able to create a plugin that will use Imagick to convert to .webp ANY image uploaded as an attachment via the Pages and Forums applications.

Enable HTML posting for your group. 

Please ensure that your group that you belong to has permission to post HTML. You can find this in ACP -> Members -> Groups -> edit group -> Can post HTML?
Please note: it is only recommend to provide this to a group which you have the upmost confidence and trust with and not the whole community. The ability to post HTML can not only cause intentional malicious harm but unintentional as well. Thus, it is usually disabled by default.

ImageMagick is used by IPS to handle uploads of images, resizing them, compressing them and creating thumbnails.
Why not give the community admin the option to use ImageMagick to convert uploaded images by users to WebP?
As long as WebP is now accepted by IPS 4.6, I imagine that would be very simple to add this feature to the suite.
I am having a great experience converting the images that I post on my community to WebP. Same quality and much less bytes than JPG or PNG or GIF.

Make sure you have PHP's mbstring extension loaded.

You'll want to make sure error reporting and logging is turned on for php and then review those logs to see what's wrong. Also check your web server logs.
Common issues may be not having enabled/installed needed PHP extensions.

I opened up a ticket and was told that they have logged an internal bug report with their development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
So it's just a waiting game now.

They do not auto install, to force this, download a full set of files from the client area, extract those to your computer and upload to your site, this will ensure you have all the latest files and patches, ensure that when uploading you overwrite all existing files.
 

I came here to ask the same exact question. @opentype Any chance we can have the ability to set a custom URL so that clicking the button takes them to that specific URL? I use the Custom Contact Us plugin and I really need to have this plugin open that contact us form instead of the default IPS contact us form. This would really make this plugin perfect for my needs. Do you have another editor where you've disabled most editor buttons? It might be technically possible to set the contact editor to use another editor area. Or alternatively does this need to be only for 1 form or can it be for all forms you've setup?
I can't not reproduce this with a fresh install. Can you either PM me acp login details or a screenshot of your exact field setup so I can try to reproduce this?
This was a recent bug fix. Any areas that relate to new topics are wrapped with a check if the forums app is present or not.

Could you add an option to redirect to an specific url, instead of opening the IPS contact form? I'm interested, but I need to use my own forms.
On my websites, when users click on "contact me", they open a page in IPs that loads a Zoho Form or a Jotform. 
This form is like a step by step process or a survey, where I guide them through a series of questions/answers. For example, the 1st question is "why do you want to contact me." .. possible answers: "I want to have my account deleted", "You have pictures that I want you to remove", "I need help setting up a professional profile", "I have a business proposal" etc.
Depending on the 1st question/answer, I give them specific instructions until I ask for their names, email . This way I get specific problems that I can address more efficiently.

Don't shoot me, but the properties for the Title Field were set to make them all caps! *facepalm*
I removed the formatting option to the title field input box and now the titles are displaying the way I wanted them to without the need for any code in custom.css... Thanks for your help though. I really appreciate it!

I basically have ONE need and only ONE need: To be able to upload videos such as mp4, mpg and avi while creating a new article post in IP.Content. Once uploaded and the post is published, allow the users to be able to see the video displayed inline such as when you paste a YT link into a post and the user can simply play it within the post. In other words, play the video inline and not by clicking a link and opening another page or app to play the video.
Is this possible with this Videos application? 98% of my users are on mobile, so this needs to work in mobile and tablet browsers.

Outstanding app! But I have a quick question...
How can I have the block title have the same formatting as the rest of the blocks?
Look at this image:

The bottom block is the slider block and see how the block title is not formatted as the top block.

UPDATE: Nevermind, I figured it out. I simply created a new block and used the custom call code to call the slider within the block. All is good now!
