  1. Please upgrade to the latest release as you're currently 2 behind. There have been some changes to the Events application a long the way. Could you please also let us know the exact time zone the user is in who is encountering this? If you could provide a URL to your event too that would be helpful.
  2. No that wouldn’t be related as this is with the datastore. Unless it’s over powering your server to the point where it’s having trouble reading/writing. Ultimately, something we can’t answer.
  3. Is it still a "Error: Failed opening required" message that you're seeing? If so, this sounds like a permissions or corrupted/faulty file issue potentially. Especially if clearing the datastore for a period of time is clearing the issue then an action on your server presents itself and the error triggers again. This could be an issue with your storage device, reading/writing to that storage device, permissions, etc... While not really a long-term solution, you can temporarily switch your datastore to be stored in the database to see if this helps resolve this issue. If it does, it would be something you need to talk with your hosting provider about. To switch your datastore to database, go to ACP -> System -> Advanced Configuration -> Data storage.
  4. No worries. All have those days. Might need a cache clear. Testing myself, it looks third party applications/plugins got disabled and amid the test, that resolved the issue for me. There may be another item here which is causing issues for you. I would test this thoroughly with all third party applications/plugins disabled.
  5. The application is still installed on your community, I'm afraid.
  6. The issue may not be related specifically to 1 application/plugin though. It could just be your server having a particular issue once action x, y, z happens and thus creates corrupted/faulty files. To rule out the storage device on your server, you can always switch to Database storage for the datastore in ACP -> System -> Advanced Configuration -> Data storage. If it doesn't happen any more this would point to storage on your server.

Sorry, as we do not allow access to the source files or the files on the server for our Cloud customers, it is not possible to run developer mode on our Cloud (nor would you want to as it is not suited for production environments). To develop custom applications/plugins, it would currently require a self-hosted license and files to develop on an installation separate from our Cloud.

  13. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.   16. Sorry, a little confused on your quoted statement here. Our support, for our software, is still present it is done here on our community 🙂 . This forum is staffed by our team (hi!). With that said, third party customizations/add-ons would be outside our scope of support. Unprofessional authors in our Marketplace or Providers list would be something we take seriously. Please double check that you are performing the authors preferred communication preference. While this definitely not how we wish to see this handled, some authors do have preferred communication methods. I have moved this to a more private means of communication to receive further details. Please watch your email for further info.
  17. Sorry, the only way natively through our software to create a page would be through our Pages application.
  18. Please upgrade your community to the latest release there are fixes in place to help prevent this. Please ensure that all your third-party applications/plugins and theme are compatible with PHP 8 and the latest release prior to upgrading. If they have no upgrade path to be compatible with PHP 8, you will need to uninstall them before the upgrade. Once you have upgraded, please do not enable any third-party applications/plugins which are not compatible with PHP 8 as this will bring down your community.
  19. We would require these modified files to be replaced with the unmodified for our troubleshooting. We cannot troubleshoot with them present, I'm afraid.
  20. There still appear to be modified files on the system. If these are your own, you would need to revert these back to what is in the Client Area.
  21. Disabling via the Support tool would only switch the theme for your admin account, not everyone. You would need to change this for guests by going to ACP -> Customization -> Themes -> edit the theme and make it the default.
  22. The value being passed there for member_id is larger than the table structure allows. I would suggest disabling all third party applications/plugins and switch to an unmodified theme then try again as your database auto-increment is within scope of the structure.
