  1. You can clear cache by using the Support option in ACP > System > Support.
  2. This is called the "Topic Summary" you can adjust settings or disable it in ACP -> Community -> Forums -> Settings
  3. This is like comparing apples to oranges, upgrading from version 3.x to 4 and 47.5 to 4.7.6. Manually upgrading is exactly the same as the auto upgrader but you’re moving the files instead of the software. Upgrading from 3.x is a huge upgrade, this is a minor upgrade so not as many changes going on.
  4. I’m afraid, you would need to contact your server administrator for assistance as you would need to alter your MySQL configuration to disable strict mode. Server administration is outside our scope of support.
  5. The upgrader will handle that. You upload the files then run the upgrader at /admin/upgrade
  6. Your database is in strict mode, please contact your hosting provider to assist in resolving this.
  7. In the log there are many third party traces so you would want to troubleshoot that first. Clearing any cache/template cache on the file system may help when you encounter it.
  8. This would be a bug in the upgrader which is present in the version on your server. The only way to get past that would be to manually upgrade. This minor upgrade will be significantly more simple than the version 3 upgrade which was not only a significant, major software upgrade for you but a large server upgrade to run version 4.
  9. It sounds like there is an issue creating these columns/tables in your database, you may wish to investigate that. However, I am very sorry, but version 3.x is no longer supported, including upgrades. I have moved this topic to our community support forum so you can receive assistance from other administrators.
  10. Data storage and cache warning are checked periodically so will not immediately disappear. You can dismiss those notifications and see if they re-appear. Please let us know if you have any other issues.
  11. Sorry, We can only tell you which URL we reach out to for giphys API. What result that is would be up to your network and Giphy.
  12. This would be the URL you mentioned here. How your server processes that outbound request would be something only you know.
  13. Sorry, instructions and investigation into a service to whitelist would be outside our scope of support.
  14. We are investigating an issue currently with calendar events time being off. If you can provide me a link to an example event, I can also add your example.
  15. It is not related to time zones. This would be on the server that the server time is inaccurate. This would mean your server time is off, even by a few seconds to a minute.
  16. I would recommend reverting any changes you've done in this area as it seems to be the root of your problem.
  17. This is a known issue; a manual upgrade is required as mentioned here:
  18. The author will need to report any bugs to us directly with examples if they believe there is a core issue. However, they would also need to evaluate this in their application if there are any residual effects leading to your issue.
  19. If this is the first it's happened, it's more likely a network error. As Randy mentioned, there's a bit more to that going on but in a nutshell that is how the data transformation works.
  20. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  21. This would be as frequent as content is posted. This is from the server, yes.
  22. Did someone RSVP after they loaded the page but before they RSVP'ed? Plausible.
  23. Unfortunately, I am not seeing any errors since yesterday in your logs that relate to the error here. The "Repeated log entries" is merely a warning that states this is happening in your logs. However, if it is not happening recently or still, then you can ignore it because it will go away once your log pruning takes over.
  24. If you have resolved those and not seeing the error listed above anymore, I would not worry about it any longer.
  25. All is good here, no console errors. What browser is this?
