  1. Putting your email/IP address in the Spam Defense Whitelist will usually help if you have been testing (or turning off the Spam Defense for testing).
  2. Please disable all third party applications/plugins and switch to an unmodified. If you're still having any issues, please let us know.
  3. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  4. Sorry, this is not currently possible to expanded logic like that without some customization.
  5. PHP 8 theme issue it seems. Please switch to an unmodified theme and disable all third party applications and plugins then test again. If it works, you’ll want to enable slowly each third party item.
  6. You would want to check if there is any other PHP8 incompatibilities. While you may have upgraded the application, it may still be incompatible so much so, simply having the files on your server is causing an error in that case. If there are no incompatibilities listed in the ACP. You need to grab the server error log entry from your server for the 500 Internal Server error you’re hitting and we can provide further guidance.
  7. Does your website have access to the feed? Could you please message it to me?
  8. You are currently in our staffed support forum and receiving support from me, an IPS customer service agent (hi 🙂). This is where you would submit any technical support questions/issues. Your same great support is done here but don’t worry, our staff still have secure access to your details through our client area and if something should require escalated service we can still do that.
  9. Thanks for posting! Unfortunately, this issue is beyond the scope of our technical support. 👩‍💻 Our technical support is happy to help you with the Invision Community platform, but we're unable to help with things like server management, theme questions and modifications. I've moved this to our Community Support area where other Invision Community owners will see it and help where they can.
  10. You would not have the ability to upload a new version on items which you installed from the Marketplace. They would have to be bought and managed through the Marketplace.
  11. If the CSS changes are in your application/plugin, you will simply want to clear cache in ACP -> Support -> Clear System Cache. If you are modifying a theme, you would want to use designer's mode rather than develop mode as developer's mode is not meant for theme modification as it uses an unmodified theme.
  12. I would recommend trying this on an unmodified theme, disabling all third party add-ons, removing custom Javascript, etc.. I have a similar structure with gallery in a sub-menu and available only to logged in users but am not encountering this on the same version so disabling all these is the first step.
  13. If there is not an upgradable version compatible with PHP 8, you will need to uninstall it or contact the author for assistance. Third party add-ons are outside our scope of support.
  14. Are you wanting to disable tags completely for the member group or just hide a specific tag from being used? The former can be done but the latter cannot.
  15. Is this happening in our Blogs application or Pages application? I just want to be sure I am comparing apples to apples here. People call these synonymously so just want to be sure 🙂 .
  16. Looks like it is attempting to go to your login page. Are there any rewrites or redirect on the server-level which would account for that? It does not seem to happen in other areas of your site which are authenticated so that is quite odd.
  17. I was able to run these without error. However, I am seeing errors in your system log which are indicative that something is running when not on PHP 8. Could you please ensure that you are not accessing your database from a test install or anything on a server/folder that is running PHP 7?
  18. Please ensure that all third party applications and plugins are disabled and you are using an unmodified theme. I did not see this when running recovery mode last so please ensure these have been properly disabled and cache has been cleared.
  19. Please be sure to check your emails for responses from tickets. This was replied to 🙂.
  20. This is still being investigated at the moment.
  21. You would need to resolve any theme issues with your theme's author. Custom themes would be outside our scope of support.
  22. Please be advised I have moved this back to a ticket to further investigate. Please watch your email for further correspondence.
  23. The patch was already applied from our team to your community. Could you please clarify if anything else was attempted?
  24. I enabled recovery mode for you and now your site is back online. Please do not enable third party applications and plugins that are not compatible with this release or PHP 8. If you do, please utilize recovery mode to disable all of them again as we have established here that it functions once your caching has been disabled.
