  1. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  2. This error code is not our own so you would want to disable all third-party applications/plugins then try again.
  3. Everyone who has subscribed and meets the filters you set.
  4. You would want to find the corresponding URL of your community there and change it from http to https. That is the basic gist there. Depending on when your software was installed, you may have a slightly different conf_global.php setup.
  5. Unfortunately, this is in reference to the previous issue with Javascript. Your Pages templates are highly modified there so you would need to test this with unmodified versions to see if you're still having issues.
  6. Are you using unmodified templates for both your Pages and theme? Do you have any example URL of what you're seeing if so?
  7. That is not correct as you can see here the version of curl which are available: https://curl.se/docs/releases.html I have also moved this to the appropriate forum to receive assistance with self-hosted issues on the server itself.
  8. The checkbox there is controlled in ACP -> Members -> Notifications -> Newsletter. If you are looking how you initiate and send email to these users, this would be in ACP -> Members -> Bulk Mail.
  9. This is still being reviewed on our end, yes.
  10. Please be advised I have moved this to a ticket for further investigation. Please check your email for next steps.
  11. If you do not use Apache, you would need to convert what is provided in the .htaccess to whatever server you do use. I'm afraid, we only support Apache at this time.
  12. They would simply need a password assigned to their account either by you doing this in the ACP or have them reset their password via your sign in page.
  13. You're very welcome! Glad I could be of assistance.
  14. The Real Time Viewing/Who's Typing features are on our community here and available on the plan you're on. Please ensure that you have these enabled in your ACP and as you have a custom theme, you may wish to switch to an unmodified theme to see if that is impacting it.
  15. Unfortunately, you are utilizing some modified templates there for Pages so you would want to contact whoever modified those for you to get an answer for this subject.
  16. Could you please apply the patches available in ACP -> Support? Then please test again.
  17. As mentioned in the documentation the default number of records per page are 25, you can pass in your own parameter to change this but that is the default: https://invisioncommunity.com/developers/rest-api?endpoint=forums/forums/GETindex
  18. Please be advised I have moved your request here to a ticket. Please check your email for next steps. Thanks.
  19. Unfortunately, there is not a way to undo what you did here. The previous selection has been overwritten, just not published.
  20. Thank you for your time and information on this. I have tagged this to a developer to help review what you have mentioned here and plan our next steps.
  21. Just a heads up, Designer's Mode should not be ran on a production installation. You should do this on a test installation and then export your theme to your live installation.
  22. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  23. Please keep in mind that the Blogs application is designed to allow for a community to Blog, not necessarily one individual (or voice). This could be where your confusion is stemming. For example, our Blog here, is based on our Pages application as it is us issuing Blogs, not the community creating multiple blogs. Therefore, when using the Blogs application, you can categorize the Blogs which your users can create and then the user can then categorize each entry. You would need to edit the blog to change the category as each category is specific to the blog. I'm afraid, there is no mass move tool as this However, just doing a move, it appears that it sets this as empty so there may need to be some internal discussion here how to handle that or make it more user friendly.
  24. You can add license keys as seen here in this product setup example:
