  1. Please ensure you test exactly what you provided as I am able to connect to the server but getting authentication error as mentioned: Error: Authentication failed. Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server
  2. You would need to upgrade or uninstall the third party application there.
  3. Permissions are controlled by member groups in our software. Adding in secondary member groups to control further access for a user beyond their typical primary member group would be advised here and their purpose.
  4. You can certainly use your Test URL to test the upgrade process. However, keep in mind that it can only be used privately, public access is not allowed. Additionally, if you keep your Live URL open and perform the upgrade on your duplicated live instance on your Test URL then repoint your domain, you will lose any data/content/etc... made on the Live URL during that time. You also cannot point two different software versions at the same database as it would break. The best move is to a test upgrade on your Test URL till you're comfortable and then shut down your Live URL and perform the upgrade on the Live URL. That will minimize your downtime as much as possible.
  5. This is not a valid embed at this time so you would need a customization to do so. You're more than welcome to post in our Feature Suggestion forum to suggest adding this though.
  6. Is your user a moderator of those forums? Are they discussion or question forums which accept topics?
  7. Unfortunately, authentication is not valid. Please verify and update.
  8. I would suggest using the "code" toolbar for posting items like this. Quote, however, is part of the rich text process so while it won't do this permanently like for syntax highlighting, you can use the font color toolbar to change color.
  9. I'm afraid, there is no template feature as a part of Pages. They are each separate. Please feel free to suggest this in our Feature Suggestion forum for further evaluation, however.
  10. It would count everything that is currently in your database.
  11. Please provide SFTP/FTP access and we can perform a courtesy look at what is happening here.
  12. I copied both of those items and did not have any issues with them embedding. Just be careful of the first as that is the direct link to the image, which can break for a multitude of reasons. The second post which is a link to the Gallery image page is what they will want to embed. Just ensure that the users do not click the "Display as a link instead" button just below the editor as that will display it as a link rather than the embed in my screenshot here:
  13. I would suggest removing any but our own. You can see our .htaccess in ACP -> System -> Search Engine Optimization -> Rewrite URLs.
  14. Please post any suggestions in our official Feature Suggestion forum. You can allow moderators/administrators to see who is posting so any moderation on these items would remain the same in that regard.
  15. Sorry, we would need direct access to look at what we want here. We would not be able to go back/forth like you are suggesting. I would suggest doing a few things right: Remove any custom redirect/rewrites on your server. Upload a fresh set of files from the Client Area.
  16. Have you modified any files here? Do you have any custom redirects/rewrites here that would cause something here on the refresh? Could you please add SFTP/FTP to the access details in the Client Area?
  17. Could you please clarify how the last post was added to the topic? Looks like the index for the listing hasn't updated fully as it is still in the location second to last post:
  18. They would both do the same. I was encountering a 500 Internal Server Error when I logged in so did it via the ACP
  19. You're very welcome. Glad we could get this sorted with you 🙂
  20. They will need to be set to the same if you want to only allow email addresses to login. They are set to that now.
  21. Please be advised I have switched this to a ticket so we can further assist. Please watch your email for further correspondence.
  22. Thank you, I was able to login. Unfortunately though, once I changed my theme to an unmodified theme, I am not seeing this issue so this appears to be an issue with your custom theme.
  23. I see the updated credentials now. Please ensure 2 Factor Authentication is disabled for the account. There may be multiple technicians which require access to assist you so 2FA is not possible.
  24. This turned out being the issue. You had the Standard and Converter Login Handler set to 2 different values.
