  1. Unfortunately, then this would be up to yourself to resolve or hire a server administrator. I'm afraid, server administration is outside our scope of support.
  2. Unfortunately, there are no means to unhide in bulk. If you would like to see this in a future release, please feel free to leave a suggestion for this in our Feature Suggestions forum.
  3. You appear to be missing the following table in your database. This will need to be restored as it is missing key information. Table 'downloadzone_cibk.core_sys_conf_settings' doesn't exist
  4. Please contact your hosting provider or server administrator for assistance with PHP issues.
  5. Please be advised that there is an issue with your community which is preventing us from providing you support. Please be advised I have brought this into a ticket to discuss privately.
  6. You would need to contact your hosting provider or server administrator to see why PHP is returning this permissions error. I'm afraid, we have no control over this. It could be the owner group/user is not set right, etc...
  7. To be fair, it's the same effort as the Publish feature was too 🙂 .
  8. This is a permissions issue on your server with the tmp directory. Please contact your hosting provider or server administrator for assistance.
  9. Have you applied the latest patch which resolves this issue?
  10. Have you considered our Cloud? You would not need to have to worry about managing files yourself 🙂 . As Terabyte mentioned, you’d want to create a file name constants.php (if you don’t have one) via your hosting panel or FTP/etc…
  11. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  12. As mentioned in the Guide, you would add this to your constants.php file on your file system. If you do not have one, you would create one.
  13. Were you able to run recovery mode? Could you please clarify if you are still having issues?
  14. We are currently assisting you in your ticket 🙂 . Please watch your email for further updates.
  15. That would be the only way to control the license key.
  16. Be sure to change the database too, not just the URL 😉 . You can do that in the ACP -> System -> License Key. But overall, that should work to setup a test URL.
  17. You would need to ask Google. As far as I know, you would need 2 different websites as it is a website setting.
  18. I am not a Google Adsense expert so, it may be worth contacting them if you have any direct questions. If you are wanting to show Google Adsense to both guests and members, you would not be able to show them automatic and in place ads. From my knowledge, you would need 2 different websites as the automatic ads setting is on the site, not a particular ad unit. If you are wanting to only show guests ads entirely, then you might be able to utilize the advertisement module to have these display as this has a member group restriction built in.
  19. Correct. If you would like to see that in the future, you will want to submit this to the Feature Suggestions forum 🙂 .
  20. We would recommend and support only the default robots.txt that is included in the software. Anything else would be something you can discuss with the community at large so I will move this to the proper forum. If you are wanting to suggest things to be added or removed from the default robots.txt, you can certainly suggest those in our Feature Suggestion forum for further evaluation.
  21. I've cleaned this topic up and moved the discussion on self-hosted/cloud to the appropriate topic. Please keep things on topic here.
