  1. No. You can check our release notes for updates of when your bug fix is included in a release. It isn't always the next release, I'm afraid.
  2. This is a partial query it appears. Is that the full log? That would likely indicate that there is an error in a custom or third party application/plugin/theme. You would want to disable those and then switch an unmodified theme to test.
  3. Please ensure that you do not have mod_security or other security modules enabled on your server which is preventing saving here. Please also ensure that there are no errors in your customization here.
  4. While that looks correct, if there are any questions if this is actually executing PHP 8.1, I would suggest contacting your hosting provider.
  5. If this happens in the future or anyone else needs info, you can enable recovery mode as detailed in the following guide
  6. Was referring to your forum index that you said was a 404. That URL is redirecting fine.
  7. Where was the forum URL before? If it was at your root or another used URL, it would not be advised to do so. If it does lead to a 404, you can do that via your server with help from your hosting provider.
  8. Did you convert Joomla and Vanilla? Vanilla will have redirects so that your old Vanilla URLs will redirect to the new Invision Community ones. However, depending on your setup, Joomla should just take over if pages/databases are named similarly but will not redirect 100%.
  9. There are only 2: The profile photo being uploaded and resized to the max resolution you specified. The profile which the user is then asked to crop so that there is a 1:1 aspect ratio (aka a square photo). Then the theme utilizes #2 everywhere for the profile photo. In topics, on the profile itself, etc... The theme via HTML/CSS may resize that but it is #2 image which is used. If that is not size appropriately for on the profile, which is larger than being viewed on the topic, it will look pixelated.
  10. It would not be a part of the Spam Defense system but it would work as a part of the Word Filtering (which is what we are troubleshooting here 🙂 )
  11. They would not match, no. Nor control each other. Of course, if you want to see this changed, you're welcome to submit a suggestion in our Feature Suggestion forum.
  12. Done.
  13. Unfortunately, I am not seeing anything wrong here. The profile size here, you are restricting to 100px width/height. As you can see here, this image that I uploaded meets that: https://your-cdn-base-url/monthly_2023_01/73552270-CCFB-4078-93BF-2169E4DFE0CD.jpeg.4e6e7f5b64ea3448e8a62e850fd7cf0d.jpeg.3b60677fea8263755d332df02e815e9c.jpeg We then are cropping that photo so that it fits inside the circle of the theme. This takes the photo I uploaded which is 100px x 75px rendered down to 75x75 when I crop the image at its limits. This is the software working as intended. If you want a higher resolution profile photo, you need to increase the width/height which you allow to a larger maximum.
  14. I have just responded to the email we received a few minutes ago from you. Sorry, I'm afraid, this was the only email on your account. However, please see the email and we can help you get your account cancelled.
  15. Do you have Word Filtering in place to block these and are these spammers still getting by? That is the issue which is being reported here and that we need a URL to an existing post to further investigate.
  16. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  17. This would be in CSS, I'm afraid, customization is outside our scope of support. For just troubleshooting this, I would suggest switching to an unmodified theme.
  18. You would need to contact your theme's author.
  19. This is the Edge browser, I'm afraid, not our software 😉 . Can click ctrl+shift+v to paste the URL itself.
  20. You may wish to check the theme for the size which is rendering as the default in the software is 90x90px. Additionally, you may wish to check the "Maximum profile photo storage size" if that is too low.
  21. Unfortunately, this isn't something which we can reproduce based on any of the text here. Additionally, the example we were looking into here has been removed. Please provide us with a URL and please leave that in place till we are through with our support here.
  22. The converter would bring over data from your old application. It does not seem you mentioned which forum software you converted from, if it is one which we supply 301 redirects, these would indeed work. I am a little confused about what you mean with the iframe. Iframe would still expose your forum's URLs so these are the URLs which search engines would index and thus, if you use a converter with an applicable 301 redirect tool of ours, these would be updated. Essentially, we would need to know what you converted from and a URL which is broken that you expect to be redirected to test if it is working.
  23. Thank you. Please be advised I have moved this to a ticket so we can investigate the issue here more closely. Please watch your email for further correspondence.
  24. Is your server able to perform external connections? You can check this by going to ACP -> Support.
  25. We have assisted you in the account email you submitted.
