  1. Unfortunately, this is not something which I can see on your community's ACP. Was it resolved? However, it usually will indicate an application which needs upgrading.
  2. I'm afraid, this still would be up to yourself to troubleshoot as it is in a custom application. If there is a core issue, you would need to report this as the developer with examples.
  3. If this is limited to only 1 particular real device, I'm afraid, it may be something particular with the device. However, I can have one of my colleagues test who has an Android device.
  4. You would need to contact the individual who perform this customization for you. I'm afraid, we do not know how they coded it so there could indeed be differences and customizations are outside our scope of support.
  5. This would be an emulator as well, not the device. Is this what the original user did? Often emulators have issues that real devices do not so I want to make this clear here.
  6. I'm working with an emulator service as I don't own an Android device but not able to reproduce in messages or topics so just want to check my basis. Is this something you are able to reproduce with the account on file? If not, could you please let us know the display name of the user in question? Also, what topic or message this is happening in?
  7. Unfortunately, it is still set to 1000 on the phpinfo. Upgrading PHP likely influenced this change from your last ticket and thus you would need to ensure this is properly set and PHP/your server is restart to take the new configuration value. If you are having issues, please contact your hosting provider.
  8. Are they utilizing Chrome? If not, please have them switch to chrome as only the default browser on a device is supported and for Android that is Chrome. That user agent is Android's VM so is not telling much on that front.
  9. You're very welcome! Glad we could be of assistance.
  10. The "Product Information" is the "Description" on the Store Settings tab: Then the "Images" field underneath are the images that show there. You can read more about setting up Products in this guide:
  11. Looking at the HTML here, we do not insert a link. However, we use a blank href tag which some browsers interpret as the page you're on. I have tagged a developer for review on this. The good news is that no click is required to open your Dropdown 2, it opens on hover.
  12. As mentioned in your previous ticket, you would need to increase the max_input_vars limit in PHP as it seems you have exceeded that with the number of forums you have. This is a server-side limitation, not a software one.
  13. Unfortunately, these aren't "IPS requirements", these are global email server requirements. Your email is being rejected by other email servers because your server is not authorized to send mail for your domain. We are actually successfully passing the email onto your email service and your email service is encountering the issue. That is the difference between the PayPal/Stripe integration and Email. PayPal/Stripe have exact settings to work with our software. Whereas, realistically, the email server settings should be setup by your email/hosting provider already just to send any email from the service. It isn't a 1:1 integration like PayPal/Stripe so it isn't a one size fit all solution to resolve a spam issue. However, your suggestion is heard and we can see what we can do to help clarify this in our guides.
  14. This is an email/hosting side issue rather than a software issue so while I understand your frustration here, your hosting/email provider should have instructed you about this when connecting with them over spam issues. We could add a reminder in the guide to talk with your hosting/email provider about spam issues but certain configurations like this would always be up to the hosting/email provider and something we cannot provide support for.
  15. Did you or your hosting provider fix the missing tables as your logs indicated? That would need to happen before we can assist anything further.
  16. Yes, if your MySQL server is capable of handling the requests, it should be fine.
  17. Sorry for the delay, however, as it is the weekend, it may take longer for a response. As mentioned in the email we sent: I have escalated your request to that department and they will provide further assistance as quickly as possible. Due to the advanced nature of your request, please note that it may take longer than usual to fully address your concern. Please also note that advanced support is only available Monday through Friday. I apologize in advance for this delay.
  18. As mentioned in multiple topics there is a limitation on your server, an error on the server, etc... which would indicate that the datastore is not being written properly to the file system thus creating the error. Switching to database would eliminate that server issue for testing. If it continues with database selected, we can take a further look but if it does not then you would need to contact your hosting provider to see the limitation or error that is happening with writing to your storage.
  19. PHP 8.2 is not supported just yet. You will want to downgrade to 8.1
  20. Believe there is confusion here that we are stating that it doesn’t happen, it clearly has as I was able to reproduce it with the third party addons enabled and you’re still stating issues. We are not stating you’re a liar, just that I cannot reproduce it now 🙂. Unfortunately, in order to fix a problem, we need to reproduce it. As requested, I can certainly have one my colleagues review this. If you do find a certain way to always reproduce, please let us know.
  21. Both Chrome and Edge were used in testing and I am still unable to reproduce. You may wish to check incognito mode to ensure caching is not influencing you.
  22. You would need to work with your hosting provider to investigate why your MySQL instance is not able to handle the query. A slow query log of what is happening would help determine what query this is related to. If your hosting provider determines that this is a software fault, we will require that slow query log and any other server errors logs associated.
  23. Unfortunately, I am not seeing any issues present at this time. When clicking around then back to the homepage, I am still logged in appropriately.
  24. Your theme or third party applications/plugins are not compatible with PHP 8, you will want to disable these while you investigate which one it is.
  25. You would need to contact your hosting provider to find out what is running. As the task happens every Saturday night, this would likely indicate a server related task, such as a backup.
