  1. As you installed in a folder on your server called “gallery”, that will be the base URL of your community (yourdomain.com/gallery). In your current installation, the current forum application would be at yourdomain.com/gallery/forums. If this is not what you want, you would need to move your whole installation to something more suitable for your use.
  2. You would first need to install all applications which you want to migrate data for. Therefore, if you do not have Forums yet installed on your installation, you would need to do so in the installation which you have on your domain in the "gallery" folder. Once all applications have been installed, you then can follow this guide to perform your migration: https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/getting-started/migrating-from-another-platform/installing-the-converters-r209/
  3. All our applications need to live in the same installation, it sounds like maybe you uploaded a fresh set of files to a new place and therefore are attempting to install a new? If you are attempting to upload the Forums application files this would need to be done over your existing installation, not a new one.
  4. Please be advised I have moved to this to a ticket so that we can look into this further and if these items were deleted, see if there is a plan for restoration we can do. Please check your email for further correspondence.
  5. Custom would be anything that is not a part of our core Javascript so this would include advertisement codes, tracking codes, etc...
  6. If it is not loading those objects and keeping data/content hidden or something else, this would indeed impact index-ability. Looks like you have some investigation to do, glad we could help point in a direction 🙂 .
  7. There are a few Javascript errors on your homepage. If you have any custom Javascript there and not on the other pages, this would indeed be the issue here.
  8. I don't see that this particular forum was deleted in the administrator logs, however, I do see the following log "forums_forum_147 and all children" which were deleted. Was this forum a parent/child in which was a part of that?
  9. As Adriano mentioned, did you change the forum from Category to Discussion as discussed in your other topic? If you're having issues, could you please let me know the name of the forum and I can investigate? Unfortunately, we only would do a full database restoration so you would lose any data after the database was backed up. I'd rather not do that to you unless completely necessary.
  10. Few things wrong on your installation which you will need to resolve: There are a few database errors mentioned in ACP -> Support. The following plugin is not compatible with PHP 8 so may be having issues: Group Color on User Link .
  11. If Google indexed each topic name change, it may take a little time before the redirect from the old topic name to the current name gets reflected in the index and it removes the other variations. I would research the Pages record URL in your Google Webmaster to see why the URL has not been indexed: https://board.sonicstadium.org/news/merchandise/rumor-new-sonic-lego-sets-in-2023-r194/ . Sometimes, it just takes some time to be indexed or there may actually be an issue with that page preventing it from being indexed that you'll need to resolve. If your main website and your forum are established areas, it may take Google a while to pick up newer areas until they get enough "juice."
  12. Our software is still present at the current URL which you have on your license so it cannot be reset yet. You would need to move your software first to the new location before resetting the URL.
  13. Glad to hear you got that resolved 🙂 .
  14. Please remove any server-based redirects of HTTP to HTTPS and ensure that you have setup our software to run over HTTPS:
  15. You will need to change the forum type from a category to a discussion (or question) forum type. Categories cannot have topics under them so will not display these.
  16. Please be advised I have answered your support ticket and resolved this for you. Please ensure you submit any hosting concerns like this via your Cloud package as that has email support, for hosting reasons 🙂 . Whereas all other technical support will be done here, via our staffed community support forum.
  17. Correct. That shouldn't be resizing then. You can take a look at your ACP -> System -> File -> Image Settings. Then ensure this matches your other communities for quality of the JPB and WEBP images. Other than that, you will need to contact your hosting provider for assistance here as something is happening during the upload processing which you will need more information about.
  18. You would need to review those image resize settings in ACP > System > Posting. If you are resizing images on this community and not others, you’ll want to testing this by disabling that Hosting support is outside our scope of support so if you’re that is indeed the issue that resizing is a problem, you would need to work with your hosting provider to see if you are at the limits of your resources for your package for what you are wanting the software to do.
  19. -200 is a server error in processing the upload. The obvious things like folder permissions need to be checked. You’ll also want to check your settings for image resizing with your other sites. Could be you do this here and not there thus when uploading here, the system is hitting a limit or error during the resize. It can also be an issue with GD vs Imagemagick and the image you’re uploading. GD can be very resource hungry when resizing images. You’ll also want to change 20m to 20M for upload max filesize.
  20. This would be all that is required from our software's point of view. What you need to do to get your server to recognize and load a specific folder for your domain would be something your hosting provider or server administrator will answer.
  21. Would recommend trying on an unmodified theme if the theme is presenting other issues but as mentioned, you will want to watch out for the 500 Internal Server Error as they will provide you with the issue you're encountering.
  22. This would be the applicable solution here. Just let them know that if they discontinue use of the troublesome third party browser, you will lift the mod queue. I honestly wouldn’t waste any time on someone who you provided a solution to a problem with and they don’t want to do it.
  23. Have you tried what my colleague suggested above?:
  24. Using Edge, I am not having any issues. I have logged in as the account on file. Should we login using a different account?
