  1. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  2. Community in the Cloud. Our Cloud service 🙂
  3. The license wouldn’t prevent it from working like this. Are you using CRON to run background tasks? If so, did you update CRON when you moved your site?
  4. We would need to investigate your installation to provide further feedback about what the issue is. If you do not wish to provide us access, I’m afraid, it would be hard or impossible for us to inform you what is wrong. This isn’t a direct permissions issue, it is a programming error or otherwise that requires further investigation.
  5. Are you background tasks processing? Any System logs? If they are all email related, sounds like something is not processing correctly.
  6. Are they all email validating? Looks like that got removed from your screenshot. Manually validated users will not get pruned as the admin needs to make a decision.
  7. Is there any further issue here? If you have all permissions set correctly and continue to see this issue, I would recommend contacting your hosting provider or server administrator.
  8. Glad you got it sorted 🙂
  9. Rather than manually performing SQL query (which would be at your own risk and may invalidate future support of related items) I would recommend setting the value to automatically prune validating members in ACP -> System -> Login & Registration -> Registration tab -> Remove unvalidated members
  10. We run automated backups on our Cloud communities to enable a PIT (Point in Time) restoration. There should be no need for yourself to have a backup but we strongly believe it is your data so submitting an contact request to our accounts team, they can take care of it for you. I have moved this to a ticket so we can better assist you in obtaining one. Please check your email for next steps. Just to also touch on your part with "someone with access tries to tamper with it", I would recommend not allowing anyone in your ACP or moderator permissions that you do not fully trust. This is how individuals, in the past, open themselves up to issues.
  11. Like Randy said, we do not provide FTP access on our Cloud. Only our software is allowed on our Cloud and everything in our software is managed through the ACP 🙂 .
  12. Please do not perform this as it will only delay your requests. You can post here and remove any PII or your base URL. Alternatively, you can place it in the notes section of the Client Area Access Details area.
  13. If you do wish to update manually via SQL, as mentioned by Adriano, it is at your own risk and please take a backup of your database before 🙂 .
  14. You would want to go to Events and add events 🙂 . The block would only have options to pull existing events.
  15. Please ensure that all your login methods are set to email address. What you are stating here would indicate that you haven't done this and one is set to display name still.
  16. Unfortunately, this is the only setting. A solution or compromise would need to be made between the two. Alternatively, any other changes would require customization which is outside our scope of support.
  17. Please try clearing your browser's cache and local storage. Sounds like something got messed up a tad. The feature is supposed to save what you're typing but remove it from your browser's local storage upon hitting submit.
  18. Your server is unable to open the file there: /home/*****/web/******/public_html/community/datastore/acpNotifications.d6e3635b7c.php You would need to ensure proper permissions are set on that directory and user/group ownership.
  19. There is no undo for hiding a user's content, there would only be manual. This is why we recommend using the "Flag as Spammer" button cautiously and only providing it to those who do so.
  20. Without context, I would say it's just custom HTML/CSS they added. Rather basic but would be outside our scope of support so I will move this to our Community Support forum.
  21. Thanks for posting! Unfortunately, this issue is beyond the scope of our technical support. 👩‍💻 Our technical support is happy to help you with the Invision Community platform, but we're unable to help with things like server management, theme questions and modifications. I've moved this to our Community Support area where other Invision Community owners will see it and help where they can.
  22. This would be the best option to disable 2FA.
  23. Sorry, we would not have any old sites of yours. The Account -> My Attachments are files which you uploaded here on our community, such as screenshots in topics here, etc... They would not be backups of your communities. We do not manage backups for self-hosted communities. We do manage backups for our Cloud communities but you would need to submit a support request to obtain those, there is no automated process.
  24. Your nameservers have been removed from your domain. These need to be set to: ns1.invisioncic.com ns2.invisioncic.com ns3.invisioncic.com ns4.invisioncic.com
  25. The question is indeed GDPR compliant. You can change the default selection in ACP -> Members -> Notifications -> Newsletter. I'm afraid, to remove it completely would require customization.
