  1. Would recommend disabling all third party applications/plugins and switch to an unmodified theme then try again. Please also ensure that you have not provided the edit log to everyone as that also would enable this.
  2. Looking in the author's comments there, it requires our Pages application. You do not own that application so you would encounter errors with this plugin. You can purchase our Pages application in Client Area -> Manage Purchases -> Manage Your Community. For any further questions about this plugin, please contact the author.
  3. Looking in your community's system log errors, I do see these occurring. However, grabbing the content from the post that an admin account and another user's posted (which was nearly identical), I am unable to reproduce this. Are you seeing this with certain content you or your members are posting?
  4. Are you seeing this as a staff member or as a regular user? You will still be able to see the edit as a staff member as the message states.
  5. How are you editing the title? Editing the first post or click/hold on the topic title?
  6. IPS\Db\Exception: Unknown column 'example' in 'field list' (1054) This is not a default column so is coming from a third party add-on or something else. Please contact the author for assistance.
  7. Please check that your .htaccess from our software is present and working on your server. You can obtain a new one in the description of ACP -> System -> Search Engine Optimization -> Rewrite URLs.
  8. This covers a lot of information, some software focused, some Cloud focused. If you have any further questions, especially if related to our Cloud platform that you're on @nigeld27, I can transfer this to a ticket so that you can speak with our Cloud team directly.
  9. Did you obtain the TypeError message you posted the 500 Internal Server Error log from your server? If so, could you please provide an example URL that you're trying this with? Unfortunately, trying here (on our latest beta) and on my own test community of 4.7.6, copying the image (not the URL of the image) and pasting in the editor, upon resizing, I am not getting an error.
  10. Sorry, customizations are outside our scope of support. Please create a topic in the developer forum and someone can answer your question.
  11. Only the display name and/or email can currently be used as login for our software. Anything else would require customization.
  12. Do you receive any errors in your browser console? (press F12 -> console on most browsers)
  13. I'm afraid, this is currently not a setting in the software. However, you're more than welcome to suggest it in our Feature Suggestion forum for further evaluation.
  14. Could you please provide an example of a topic and activity stream URL? We can then investigate. Unfortunately, on my end, this isn't something I was able to reproduce.
  15. Do you have steps to reproducing this? Unfortunately, I am having issues reproducing it or am not fully understanding. Have you tried both of these with beta 3? I am unable to reproduce this here either.
  16. Looks like you have used your own reCAPTCHA 2 key and tied it to your URL. You will need to update that in order to use it on your new URL.
  17. The good news is on our Cloud, we handle all technical items for you. You just need to run your community 🙂 . If that sounds of interest to you, we can get you in touch with our sales team to figure out more.
  18. That is commented out line as given in Nathan's example. You can open that file it is referencing and see it exactly.
  19. The trace there is not showing requests out to our website, it is showing snippets of the file being called. All our files have commented at the top our company name, URL, etc...
  20. You can check if you disabled search in ACP -> System -> Applications -> expand System -> check permissions on Search. That is the only way via the software itself to remove it and disable access to search. If you removed it via your theme, however, this would be on yourself to resolve as customizations are outside our scope of support.
  21. However you wish to get your members to the search page is up to you but that search page would be the way to search for members via the software 🙂 .
  22. There is not a topic-level ban in the software. A third party addon would be required.

  24. You would need to contact Google for assistance and/or read the policy there as it looks like you may have violated that.
