  1. Are you receiving an error message when trying to load the page or is it just a plain white page? If the latter, this may be a suppressed PHP error and we would need the error log from your server. If you are not getting a plain white page, please place the URL which you're having problems with in the notes section of the access details area of the Client Area, we can then assist. Please see instructions below: We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  2. Keep in mind the error alert is indicating that background tasks also could not be running as frequently as they should. As you are running a server in a home environment, it could be that something stopped running temporarily enough to trigger this. For instance, I have a test instance running MAMP on my computer and when I log in, I get the same error but that's because I shut my computer down every night so when the test instance is running again, the system sees that the tasks aren't running frequently enough and displays the error. That is expected because I shut my computer down.
  3. You would need to download plugins now from corresponding authors. The Marketplace no longer exists. Is that what you're asking?

  5. Possibly owner user/group permissions on it or the recursive directory were causing issues but glad to hear it's working and thanks for commenting on what it was.

  7. Keep in mind that compatible just means it will run, it does not mean it will be performant. However, I have tagged a developer to see if they have any recommendations.
  8. It would be recommended to update to MySQL 8. The optimization really shouldn't impact you that much as it was removed to offer better performance in MySQL 8 and across the board.
  9. Is it always high or only high during certain periods? Have you disabled any third party applications/plugins/themes to see if there is any correlation? Do you have any background tasks running? Have you gotten with your hosting provider to check all items on the server? While I understand you are trying to correlate this to the upgrade, correlation does not always equal causation so you must investigate it all.
  10. Anything which is implemented by a third party application would need to be supported by that third party application to work. This is not a native feature so it is outside our scope of support.

  12. You'll want to re-embed your block as the code you're currently using is has inheriting stylesles set to false. The data-inheritStyle='true' needs to be set.

  14. Glad to hear that you fixed the issue. I would recommend evaluating that sooner than later. The authors of your items should be listed next to them. Generally, there is also a contact or website listed there too in the magnify glass. Better to do this now than when you're in a pinch and need support or get hit by a security issue because your software is out of date.
  15. Only physical products that need to be shipped are deprecated (e.g. we're taking out the shipping portion of products). Emojis can already be used in names. Themes would be the way to go to change any font coloring, etc... Theme customization will still be around in V5, it just is changing. Ultimately, the HTML will be more robust so customizing via CSS will be easier than V4. Wouldn't get too scared about any changes. Customizing your community theme is still a big part of V5. As Marc mentioned though, anything that isn't in the software, you're welcome to create a Feedback topic for 🙂 .
  16. This is currently possible in V4: This is possible, just each duration would be a new subscription. Alternatively, you could use products which allow this in one renewable product. Our checkout page for all items is also used for Subscriptions and this is possible in V4. It will be expanded upon for V5. What kind of formatting are you wanting to see? This can already be done via your theme.
  17. Yes, you can select where you are promoting content to while doing so.
  18. What version of PHP are you running? Are there any system log errors?
  19. Please note that while all feedback is read and considered, not all feedback will make it into the software. You can read the release notes to see if the feedback will make it into the next release.
  20. The table has crashed or has become corrupted. You’ll want to contact your hosting provider to see if it can be repaired. Otherwise, you’ll need to restore a backup when it was not encountering this issue.
  21. They will not be able to login to the ACP with their SSO credentials. They would need to create a password via the forgotten password tool or you provide them one as they need to login with their Invision credentials.
  22. Could you please clarify what you mean by not having access to the ACP? Do they not see the link on the front-end or do they not have access when logging into the ACP login page? Was the account created for this user prior to them signing into your SSO on the community? If so, the account may not be connected.
