  1. That error would indicate your secret key is incorrect or otherwise is not being provided. If there is any modification/plugins to your installation, I would advise disabling it and trying again.
  2. Looks like you need to double check your keys as they are not correct Live keys.
  3. Glad to hear that you got things resolved! Keep in mind that the system checks the URL for it to be 100% exact, down to the HTTPS and WWW (or non-www) so need to ensure you install at that exact same URL.
  4. PHP 8.2 is not yet supported by the software so I'd advise downgrading. I would then disable all third party applications/plugins and see if that helps clear things up. If it does, it is definitely an issue with a third party addon and you will need to work with the author on it.

  6. I can only provide you with my last comment. There was a bug and it was resolved. If you're still seeing this on the latest release, you will want to check your theme 😉 .

  12. Everything is currently done from that rebuild. However, there were changes made afterwards which wouldn't reflect without another rebuild. I have moved this to a ticket to investigate why that message is still being shown.
  13. That would have been custom BBCode, same concept as setting up a custom toolbar in version 4.
  14. On your community, I do not see that you recently triggered a rebuild of your Achievements. Thus, any changes to the badge system would only take in effect from that point forward and not past events. To rebuild your Achievements, so that it takes into consideration past data, you would need to go to ACP -> Members -> Achievements -> Settings -> Rebuild Members' Achievements.
  15. How was the content "manually restored"? If it was a partial database restoration, that might create conflicts here that you're experiencing and all data wasn't restored.
  16. V3 did not support video embeds actually. You could create a custom toolbar to embed the video in each though but natively there is no option to embed an MP4 URL.
  17. You would need to update to include the /oauth/callback/ shown in your ACP on the Facebook side, per the instructions in the Guide. I would advise running through the guide top to bottom and ensuring your configuration matches. As from what you have posted so far, it does not.
  18. It would only be the options I mentioned. Other items are not embeddable.
  19. The video file would need to be uploaded as an attachment to the post itself or you would need to use a supported embed site, such as YouTube or Vimeo.
  20. Typically means that there was an error on the server when processing the upload. You'll want to check your server error logs for more.
  21. You would need to update that accordingly with what is shown in the ACP for the redirect callback. I would advise fully reviewing the guide and ensuring all configurations are up to date first of all 🙂 .

  23. I'm afraid, there are no means to regulate the number of sends in a timeframe. You can certainly suggest this in our Feedback forum.
  24. If you're not worried about the above and do not worry about a branding email domain, I would just use our Cloud solution to send emails. It will be the easier to SendGrid with a comparable delivery rate, best part though is your completely hands off.
