  1. Would recommend simplifying your website down. Looks like you have a few third party applications, plugins, and custom theme. Along with a third party advertising source, which could potentially interrupt the outputted meta data to let the device know there is a PWA.
  2. This is a great way to view it.
  3. We only provide a minimum requirements to run our software. Would strongly recommend working with your hosting provider or server administrator to review what you are having slow downs with. They would be able to review and make adjustments based on what is happening better than some generic answer that could be provide from us or another user here.
  4. You would simply provide us the email address where you have username in our client area.
  5. You are running 4.7.3 as mentioned in my post. This has been confirmed by the files on your server 🙂. Apologies, this was a statement, not an attempt to correct you.
  6. He is running 4.7.3, it is compatible with PHP 7.2 and 8
  7. You would see your settings in the ACP -> Spam Prevention -> Geolocation Settings:
  8. If you do not have PHP 8, you will not be able to upgrade to latest. You would need to have your hosting provider upgrade you to PHP 8.
  9. If you are unsure whether or not the malware existed in your backup of your files or if there is a backdoor, I would recommend replacing the files for good measure. Noting the version you're on, you will need to do an upgrade though. You can perform a manual upgrade to upload files which is detailed here:
  10. Guests would create an account through the checkout process. There are no means for someone to purchase something without creating an account.
  11. Can add the Clubs menu to your navigation in the Menu Manager or you can opt in to show all your content in line with the site which would add Club forums to your general forum list. Clubs are not just forums behind the scenes. A Club is basically a small subset of any of the applications available in the software. The Club is a hub for all of that for a sub-set (a club) of your members, which is why you go to /club/.... If Clubs is your default module, it will not show but all Clubs have breadcrumbs back to Clubs. I have moved this to our Feedback forum as well for insights on the rest.
  12. Is this pertaining to terms of service of your community? Would not place this in your site's TOS? There are means to require people to agree to changes in your community's TOS but there are no means to allow for agreeing to forum rules.
  13. The software does not allow guests to donate at this time.
  14. Please change the username provided for the ACP credentials to the email address, as that is what you require on your community to login.
  15. As Marc mentioned, it’s not so much size but rather is it the correct size? Did you rebuild the search index and did it rebuild to the same size?
  16. If you setup an app and get approved by Facebook, only images will embed, not reels.
  17. Please apply the patch in ACP -> Support. This should hopefully resolve the remaining issue here.
  18. Have you checked for any other optimization of your MySQL database during this period or any other tasks? I'm afraid, this is a MySQL issue that prepared statements need to be prepared again. Also worth mentioned that faq_collections is not a stock database so may wish to see if anything is going on there with the author.
  19. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  20. Is it working for you now?
  21. The menu manager in the ACP is currently matching what is viewed as a user. There was a cache discrepancy but that has been cleared.
  22. Ensure you remove the entry with https:// and only leave your domain there in App domains. Also, is your app in Live mode?
  23. Would advise creating a new topic on that so it is not to get interlaced with this one.
  24. Keep in mind that anything that you load on your page on a mobile device is going to delay interaction. You have quite a few advertisements which can cause slowness waiting for them to load and/or as they are interactive advertisements going to be heavier too for mobile users' devices
