  1. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  2. Well, if you have an example of what those posts contained or if a topic what the title was, we can see if we can find it. The only way it would not be present completely anymore would be if it was deleted. That is the only case where you would not see it as an administrator/moderator who has permission to view hidden topics/posts.
  3. I would check to ensure the following: the forum you're posting in doesn't require moderation approval. the account(s) posting do not require moderation approval. if this, check also what Randy mentioned above. you are not hiding your posts or future publishing the topic. If you are unsure, please provide an example topic/post and we can take a look
  4. Apologies, misremembered there. One of those weeks for me, unfortunately 😄 . You can delete content and ban the member but not delete the member as a whole. Though, that might be the suggestion here to give you a better workflow and not having to worry about mass deleting members. Think that may be something for us to chew on between the two options.
  5. The better question is if you want to delete spammers, why wasn't the "Flag as Spammer" option used and opted to delete the member and content? That would be 1 click 🙂 . I would use the prune steps Marc mentioned above to remove the spammers you did this in the past and then use the "Flag as Spammer" option moving forward.
  6. I'm afraid, that there is no ETA at this time. Our team is still working on the issue. You can monitor our Release Notes for when this is included in the software.
  7. I would advise leaving your suggestion in our Feedback forum for further evaluation. However, as opentype mentioned, it may not be possible to perform this at a theme setting level and may be best suited due to complexity/current design and demand to be a customization level.
  8. My recommendation is to ask your hosting provider if you are unsure what PHP version you’re currently running. I do not have a 4.4 instance I can reference as this version is no longer supported.
  9. Apologies, misunderstood from your phrasing. As opentype mentioned, the default software would not display the images you're after here. You would require a customization to obtain this; either a template customization or a whole new plugin.
  10. Locked simply means you can't disable the application.
  11. Our default SVG images are 150x150 px, if that helps your decision.
  12. I would advise contacting the plugin author for assistance with your question or issue.
  13. There will be an xml file at ../applications/core/data/achievements/badges.xml which can be uploaded to ACP -> Members -> Achievements -> Badges -> Import. That will restore the default badges.
  14. To get this escalated, I'm afraid, we will need it all.
  15. I would suggest posting in the Developer Connection if you're looking for assistance in how to accomplish this: https://invisioncommunity.com/forums/forum/504-developer-connection/
  16. Sorry, I am not quite sure what you mean. A template or code hook would not be editable via a Theme or Pages template if this is what you are inquiring.
  17. We would need to review your installation in order to see what is happening. As mentioned by my colleague, this is an old bug which has been resolved so we need to why it is still impacting you if you're on the latest release. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  18. It will recount and re-assign achievements based on past content/data. It will not reset your members achievements back to 0 and make them start all over again with future content.
  19. As that is coming from CloudFlare, you would want to check your logs for it blocking our request. Likely bot fight mode or something is blocking it.
  20. I would advise reviewing our Guide on setting up S3 with CloudFront and then asking any questions you have: The Guide likely has changed since you've last set it up.
  21. Thank you for confirming. I have transferred this to a ticket for further review, please watch your email for further correspondence.
  22. Unfortunately, I am not having any issues creating a new, unmodified theme on the community in question. In the System Log, I am seeing and able to reproduce that the poll issue is happening on old topics from 2014 and earlier. I am assuming these are from the migration which took place from SMF, is this correct? Could I confirm that all data was converted via our converter?
  23. Please note I hid the data you posted as it contained sensitive information. Did you ever obtain the exact 500 Internal Server Error which you were facing?
  24. As mentioned, this is a bug. If you delete a forum and specify to move children, it should move topics. If you outright delete a forum and specify to delete its children, it should delete them too. It should not just orphan the topics.
  25. Just to confirm the one other thing which may be impacting you, are you online when the content is posted that you're expecting the email notification for? This would not send if you're online. Do you have any modified email templates? If so, I would suggest reverting those to see if it's related here. Can also check the system log in ACP -> Support to see if there are any errors prior to sending the follow notification.
