  1. Please let us know the page URL
  2. No, this is not how things operate, I'm afraid. This would be correct operation. Your browser often would cache pages when using the back button. You would need to go to the link a new using the breadcrumb or other navigation to trigger a refreshed view in your browser.
  3. If you click to edit from the ACP, please ensure that you are logged in as the admin user which you are in the ACP. This is a requirement to view/edit the page. Otherwise, if you're still having issues, please let us know the URL to the page and we can take a look.
  4. Unfortunately, when logging in on your community, I am unable to reproduce this error. I would advise clearing your browser's cache as the post_key is a combination of elements which get contributed from the editor process. You also will want to upgrade ASAP as you are on an outdated release with security issues.
  5. I had to read a Google translated version so may not have gotten the full picture due to that, but I would tend to agree with @opentype. Mobile browsers, if they have a tab open or just simply minify and go back will not refresh the page (even though it may look like it does). To get the latest from the server, you would need to force a refresh or go to a new page and back (as one of your users mentioned).
  6. If your server can’t communicate with our spam defense server due to a connection error, there would be nothing to be received because there is a communication error preventing the two from talking.
  7. If you disable the Spam Defense, we won't transmit any data, no. If you had the Spam Defense enabled and it wasn't able to communicate to our servers to see if the user was spam, what action would you want the system to take.
  8. Please be sure to continue to reply in the ticket with any follows ups or questions in the ticket.
  9. The compatibility checker would not check to see that it could access your MyBB installation. That is what is happening now in the conversion and it is stating that it cannot do so via the given path provided or the path provided is incorrect. If you are unsure how to ensure that permissions, ownership, and paths are correct, you may wish to contact a server administrator for assistance or simply, a second look (as we've all had those moments 🙂 ). This may be obvious but some aren't quite aware so I will say it just in case. Keep in mind that your Invision Community instance and MyBB instance need to be on the same server to do this conversion.
  10. You would need to contact your hosting provider to inspect the restore that was done. I'm afraid, this is not a software issue but rather a database issue. If a partial restore was done, this is what is causing your issues and would need to be a full restore.
  11. How was the crashed resolved? Was the database restored or partially restored? It sounds like you are missing the given posts here in your database so the software is unable to display them.
  12. These currently are exact matches for profile fields. If you are looking for loose or any, please submit your suggestion in the Feedback forum.
  13. You’re welcome! Glad to hear it’s all good 🙂
  14. Thank you, I was able to get in now. It does not look like Blogs was installed successfully. I was able to get it uninstalled. Could you please try installing again?
  15. Unfortunately, your ACP login is for a display name but you require email address on your community. Please update the credentials on file to include email address rather than display name.
  16. Please be advised I have moved this to a ticket so we can better investigate what is happening here.
  17. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  18. Did you install Blogs without issue in ACP -> System -> Applications?
  19. Are there links perhaps on these images and instead of copying the image it is copying the link?
  20. Would ensure that your theme is compatible with the latest release and also disable any third party applications/plugins.
  21. What you will want to do here is have the registration require a subscription, this way, the user would select the Free option when registering (or select your other subscriptions). Then they would have the free option as selected when they go back to this screen. You can force a subscription by going to ACP -> Commerce -> Subscription Plans -> Settings -> Require Subscription Purchase?
  22. Can clear your cookies and it should log out.
  23. Only categories can have permissions. Restricting topics would require a customization.
  24. Google has some pretty specific items which you need to do to pass their email send requirements. (I'm sure a client of theirs can provide those or help you do it). Apart from that, there are countless SMTP email services out there if you do not want to use Gmail or SendGrid. It is worth mentioning that if you switch to our Cloud, you could use our Cloud email service and not have to worry about this 🙂 .
  25. Thank you for confirming. As this is an issue with a browser we do not support, I'm afraid, there is no further action we will take on this.
