  1. The sessions for the front-end and ACP are different so you would need to login again to the ACP if you only logged in to the front-end. However, they are the same credentials.
  2. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  3. You will need to contact your hosting provider as a 403 Forbidden error is likely from a security module, access to YouTube, or otherwise. They will be able to further assist you.
  4. We have our Free Trial system which you can utilize to trial our products: https://invisioncommunity.com/clientarea/free-trial
  5. Believe there is confusion here. In the case of the unread activity stream, it cannot be made available to guests. Whereas, some other pages, like the All Activity Stream for instance can be visible to both members and guests.
  6. The unread stream is exclusively available to logged in members only so you cannot provide this to a guest.
  7. Correct. That is on the front-end's login page as it is for both.
  8. Sorry, it is unclear what exactly you're referring to here and where.
  9. I am not seeing that it is HTTP anymore and I am getting an error at least now when attempting to log in. If your email configuration is not working for the password reset, that may be the next problem, unfortunately.
  10. If you are running a HTTP to HTTPS redirect, please remove that redirect on your server (sometimes in .htaccess) and then ensure that you're running HTTPS in conf_global.php for your community's URL.
  11. Would check your redirect and configuration for HTTPS and HTTP there as I am getting redirected during login which may be creating your issue here.
  12. Sorry, I am not quite sure what you mean as you have to be logged in to post here so you were able to login. If you're having issues obtaining access for a certain account and you don't receive an email, that would indicate that email address doesn't have an account.
  13. The error above is coming directly from your MySQL server. Our software is merely relaying that error.
  14. You would need to investigate your server to find the reason why your MySQL server is unavailable, I’m afraid.
  15. My colleagues are referring to the locale in your Invision Community install rather than your OS. You would need to match the locale or you would indeed encounter formatting issues.
  16. Thanks for the detailed further info! Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  17. The conversation will happen here in this topic. Please note I have removed your email as this is a public forum. I'm afraid, it can take some time to get a second review but as mentioned above, nothing is out of line with the software that we can see at this time.
  18. Unfortunately, I am unable to reproduce this. Both marking it hidden during the creation process and after the topic has been created both are appearing in the Activity Stream. I would advise looking at your activity stream settings (if it isn't the "All Activity") or ensure you're logged in as someone who can view hidden posts. If all the above looks correct, checking your third party applications/plugins and themes as well is advised.
  19. Calendar is an IPS application. If it is up to date, you're fine as it is compatible with PHP 8.
  20. I have moved this to a ticket so that we can verify your configuration here to see what is going on in a more private manner. Please check your email for further instruction.
  21. Would verify the setup guide for what you have enabled and ensure you’ve gone through the proper verification on their side.
  22. I am not seeing any issues, personally, with missing images/icons in Firefox so this may be something on your local end causing this disruption, I'm afraid.
  23. Was the topic moved or acted on? Duplication of content sounds like an issue stemming from something acting on the software. Would recommend disabling all third party applications/plugins and switch to an unmodified theme and language pack then trying again.
  24. I would suggest contacting your hosting provider for assistance. It is worth mentioning that the Storage Settings may show the full path on your server but via your FTP or hosting panel, you may only see a portion of that path (depending on your server configuration and permissions).
