  1. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  2. Keep in mind that what is running for your CLI may not be what the directory is running on your server. You can check PHP version in ACP > Support.
  3. Do you have any third party applications/plugins/themes installed? If so, please disable them and try again. Please also ensure that you're running PHP 8.0 or PHP 8.1. PHP 8.2 is not yet supported.
  4. As Marc mentioned, we'd provide you 2 CNAME records to place in your DNS to point your sub-domain to our Cloud. You would need to remove your A (and AAAA) record(s) for the sub-domain on your server in your DNS. You can certainly create a new record in your DNS to view your community on your server, if you wish. However, I strongly urge to not let your members/visitors/anyone know that it is there. As the community on our Cloud and the community on your server are completely separate at that point and will not talk to one another or update data between. I would advise making the community on your server completely inaccessible if you are just looking to retain a backup for a period of time.
  5. In the ACP, click the notification bell -> Notification Settings -> enable emails for "A new member requires admin validation"
  6. Check if you have an advertisement setup there which isn't rendering correctly. ACP -> System -> Advertisements.
  7. Would very much think it is a coincidence. Have to keep in mind that our software just outputs the code which you place in there. We have no other responsibility in displaying the advertisement. As that is successfully happening, we cannot explain or provide reason to why the advertisement code isn't rendering an advertisement, only your advertisement provider can.
  8. Would verify that the user(s) have configured their notifications to receive emails correctly. If this issue pertains to followed content notifications, please keep in mind that if you follow a category, you will not get reply notifications to content items by design. You need to also follow the content item. For example, if you follow a forum, you would need to also follow the topic in order to receive notifications about replies in that topic. If all the above is configured correctly, we would require an example user's display name, the type of notification they aren't receiving, and if a follow content notification, the content item URL they are expecting to receive a notification but are not.
  9. There is no way via the software to perform this. The guest group is how bots would access your community.
  10. You will want to check that your emails are sending first by going to ACP -> System -> Email Settings -> check the email confirguration to ensure it is correct for your hosting/email provider. If so, click the Email Error Log button to see if any errors. If there are no errors, try sending an email using the "Test Settings" button.
  11. I would advise contacting your advertisement provider for further assistance. The software is exporting your script and text you've provided there on the page so only your advertisement provider can tell you why it is not loading.
  12. The core applications available on self-hosted can be seen here: https://invisioncommunity.com/buy/self-hosted/ Then the Cloud offering is described here: https://invisioncommunity.com/buy At the time of writing this, Courses is the only full application available to Cloud only. The rest are enhancements, sub-modules, or other features.
  13. History.store is not from our software (or at least our core software, it could be something third party you installed). You can find a list of our essential cookies below which cannot be rejected. The same list is on /cookies of your community as well. https://invisioncommunity.com/cookies
  14. Are you able to provide the URL to the topic in question? I can then take a closer look. View count updates are done in batches so it's not unheard of for it to go a few rounds of the task running without updating but if it's been like a couple hours, something may be happening. Please also ensure all access details are up to date in our Client Area.
  15. Is "Allow filtering by this group?" disabled on group(s) which are the only group for members? If so, that would be a correct count there.
  16. Are your background tasks running? This can be checked in by typing "Tasks" in the ACP search and reviewing that the tasks are running. If you are running the background tasks by traffic and you have low traffic, these background tasks may not be running efficiently but still running.
  17. If you rebuild your search index in ACP -> System -> Search -> Rebuild Search Index, does this resolve the issue?
  18. There is no difference in the software for registration. Not to mention, I tested on communities of my own on both selfhosted and cloud 🙂.
  19. The gz would only exist on S3. Your server should gzip the files as a best practice so we do not do that for the server file system.
  20. You will want to enable “Trust IP addresses provided by proxies?” In ACP > System > Advanced Configuration
  21. I checked your software download and all applications are included. Please double check that you are uploading the files to the correct spot on your server. Then you will need to install them at ACP -> System -> Applications, applications not installed would show up at the bottom.
  22. These items are not currently possible but you're more than welcome to provide that suggestion in our Feedback forum. Courses is relatively new so we're happy to receive any feedback.
  23. This is precisely why it was removed. Quoting or copying pasting the share URL is much more direct/consistent.
  24. A work around was applied to your community (why you see the modified files) but it won’t fully be resolved till 4.7.13.
  25. Please be advised I have tagged this to a developer to see if the current code can support this. If not, I'm afraid, this is beyond just an outdated guide 🙂 .
