  1. Unfortunately, it can be anything from HTTPS not configured correctly to the server died while you pushed the button. Without more information or us being able to reproduce it on your community, I can't really provide much more details about the error. However, you can check your browser's console log to see if there is any further information there such as an HTTP status code or other error. That may provide some further direction.
  2. Looks like your standard login handler was set to Display Name but you had the Converter login handler set to Display Name or Email Address. Therefore, the login page was displaying both Display Name or Email Address. However, as Standard was only accepting Display Name, it rejected your email. I have changed the Standard login handler on your site to accept both Display Name or Email Address. I would suggest adjusting these both if you do not want that to avoid this in the future.
  3. Sorry for the confusion. Talking with a colleague, the toggle for optional cookies is something which is currently broken on our end and we're aware of.

  5. Unfortunately, this is not something which I can reproduce on your community. I am shown the Cookies prompt. Only when I accept or reject it does it go away.

  9. Looks like you have already applied the files so you will want to go to /admin/upgrade/ to run the upgrade.
  10. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.   11. Your server file system had some very outdated cache on it and it also appears that one of your third party items is required for a block you're using on the forum index. Once I cleared the cache and enabled third party applications/plugins again, things seem to be working now.
  12. Is there anything you specifically have questions on? The setup can be found under ACP -> System -> Settings -> Web App. Happy to answer any questions.
  13. Is that a Pages page? If so, you would want to set that page as the default page for the folder in ACP > Pages > Pages. Then finally, set Pages as your default application
  14. Are the language strings still translated?
  15. You can try recovery mode (link below) to see if that helps you disable it and uninstall but if you are at the upgrade step, you may need to restore files and uninstall that application or upgrade it to a compatible version.

They donโ€™t have the post counts to post so the message indeed is accurate when they are attempting to do something the UI is not letting them do (i.e. manually typing in a URL they don't have access to) ๐Ÿ™‚ . However, if you have a suggestion to change that, youโ€™re more than welcome to leave it in our Feedback forum.
  17. That can be done on the front-end of your community. On the login page, click "forgot your password?"
  18. Looked at a few forums and most have a requirement of 1 post to create content. Any users who do not have that content count would be denied the ability to create topics or reply to a topic.

  21. Did the user spell your display name correctly?
  22. Please apply the latest patch in ACP -> Support.
