  1. Looking on your file system, the extension of the file seems to have been corrupted. Please try disabling all third party applications/plugins and switching to an unmodified theme then upload the sample.pdf again to see if that resolves the issue. If it does not, please let us know.
  2. The first attachment in the topic. That would not mean that is the original area which it was uploaded or the correct attachment URL.
  3. Where was this attachment uploaded to? This is not the original item, or it has been removed so the attachment itself has been deleted from your file system.
  4. I have messaged you our IP address, please let us know here once that is allowed to your community.
  5. Sorry looks like you may have missed the example URL. Please also supply an example URL.
  6. Please ensure you change all your administrator accounts for your community, hosting, FTP, etc... immediately. The best recommendation afterwards would be to contact your hosting provider to see how they did this. Unless you uploaded the exploited file through an untrusted source, they likely gained access through your hosting panel, FTP, etc...
  7. Please provide us an example URL of a topic which is having issues along with please provide us access: We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  8. A 500 Internal Server Error is very much like your check engine light. It says something is wrong but not exactly what or where. You will want to check your server error logs for further information. If you are unsure how to obtain this, please contact your hosting provider.
  9. Could you please clarify the exact actions which you are performing here? We can then further investigate.
  10. You have applications present on your community/server which you are not licensed for. Please ensure these are removed ASAP: Blogs, Downloads, Gallery. Further support will not be provided till these are removed.
  11. Blogs either was skipped or not all files were uploaded so it wasn't upgraded. Please ensure all files are uploaded and then go to /admin/upgrade to complete the upgrade.
  12. Yeah, I would not advise cross-posting like that. If you have multiple forums a topic could go into, just put it in the one which it most fits.
  13. I'm afraid, it is not. Is this more of an announcement type message you're looking to get across? If so, we have other ways to do that.
  14. This looks to be an error with PHP opening the cached widget file in the datastore folder on your server. You will want to contact your hosting provider for assistance if you are unsure how to verify permissions are correct so that PHP can read/write to this folder.
  15. That is why you should also be adding decent Q&A challenges, ones that are in your niche and not easily Googled. hCAPTCHA and that will put a good dent in preventing spam.
  16. You would need to perform the steps mentioned in order to proceed. As I have a site with 0 third party applications/plugins here which does not have this issue with the guest signup block so I would like to have you test this without third party applications/plugins enabled so we can further our investigation.
  17. There is no data currently in the block so it will not show. Please add the data back in and then disable all third party applications/plugins to see if it goes away again.
  18. Looks like you enabled a lot of third party applications/plugins today. This happened recently which corresponds with the guest signup widget becoming blank and thus, not displaying. I would recommend reviewing to ensure that each of these are compatible with the release of Invision Community you're on.
  19. If their file system can't write fast enough to handle the datastore then yes, MySQL may be best. You would simply change it back in your constants.php file.
  20. Please be advised I have messaged this to you 🙂
  21. May want to disable any third party applications/plugins to test what is happening here. The 1=1 at the end of the query here sounds like something else is adding in this query or manipulating it.
  22. Is that indeed the site key you're using in Invision Community?
  23. May want to double check that as I was not shown a difficult pass when using hCAPTCHA on your community's registration page. Additionally, you are not using Question & Answer challenges. Which also help combat spam when used appropriately.
