  1. You would need to perform a manual upgrade then and/or check the permissions on your server.
  2. That Chat plugin may be causing the CSRF error as well. Is it currently disabled and you're not having any issues with the template or CSRF?
  3. That would indicate that you did not upload all the files (or the software is unable to find them on your server) from the current version and need to reupload them.
  4. Please note that the license is tied to a URL, not a domain so please ensure you’re installing on the exact same URL as you did prior. This would indicate something is different in your URL.
  5. Keep in mind that it may be something specific to AdSense's server which your hosting is blocking. Working with AdSense would be the best suggestion if they keep reporting this and you and your hosting provider can't find anything.
  6. Yep, this was verified by myself and another developer.
  7. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  8. That would indicate the creator on YouTube has disabled embedding so you would need to watch it on YouTube.
  9. May I ask how you're testing or evaluating this and what you're attempting to resolve with this?
  10. Correct. Please ensure that your account has the moderator permission to manage the sidebar in ACP -> Members -> Staff -> Moderators. Just because you're an administrator does not mean you have permission to manage the sidebar.
  11. Please be advised I have moved this to a ticket so we can investigate further. Please watch your email for further correspondence.
  12. This would be on your community. Please ensure you update your other topic so we can keep this sorted here 😉
  13. Unfortunately, the detail we have on file are still invalid. Just as a reminder, this is how you can view and update them: We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  14. Unfortunately, like my colleague, I am unable to reproduce this. Could I confirm you're logged in on the front-end of your community and in the ACP? Please ensure that both front-end and ACP are on the same account.
  15. Sorry, we do not recommend or support custom queries.
  16. I'm a little confused why you need a valid email. If so, please use one of your own emails and supply us the email address and password as mentioned.
  17. These Downloads topic have embedded image URLs, rather than direct attachments themselves so this, unfortunately, is currently intended. It would be like copying/pasting an image URL to a topic, they are not referenced the same way attachments are, unfortunately.
  18. Are you able to provide a link to this so we can review?
  19. For billing matters, you can always contact us here and choose "Accounts": https://invisioncommunity.com/contact-us I have transferred this to a ticket in our accounts department so we can assist you. However, we do not offer automatic renewals via PayPal, it has to be manually checked out to pay via PayPal.
  20. There is nothing in the software to do this. You may wish to block traffic from that on your server or network if you don't wish to service that country (or any others). Alternatively, you may wish to speak with your hosting provider to see if they have a way to block that.
  21. Is there supposed to be more in there? There are not. Do you have the below defined in your conf_global.php? (don't copy paste here as sensitive info) SKIP_UPGRADE_CHECK If not, I would advise disabling any and all third party applications/plugins/themes and trying to do that action again where you're getting that error for the below:
  22. Any errors listed in Email Error Logs you would need to share with your hosting provider to configure PHP mail on your server. This would be in the root of your installation directory of our software on your server.
  23. May wish to review what this client encountered when their outbound email on the PHP mail was not defined properly: Do you have that defined in your constants.php file?
