  1. This looks like you're missing or have a restricted PHP module. You will want to review what is going on there with your hosting provider and ensure GD is properly installed on your server.
  2. Believe there is confusion. We are asking you to get this to that point. Please ensure that DFN and DN are added into your community. We then will review everything.
  3. Could you please disable Redis and try again? Please let us know the outcome.
  4. Members can only create categories within their blogs, they cannot create master categories that you see in the ACP. Moderation and guidance just like anything 🙂 . You may have a rouge few who want to create a lot of blogs and sub-categories beyond your intentions. I would say most will fall in line with and just moderate as you see fit.
  5. It would not be forking code. Basically just need to create a header/footer you want to use on those pages. It could be a simplified version of what is in use now that is plain HTML. Just trying to help you out here with ideas 😉 .
  6. In ACP -> Community -> Blogs -> Blogs, this would create Categories and under those Categories would be the Blogs themselves. To create a blog entry, you would go on the front-end. You can, of course, restrict members from creating blogs if you don't want them to.
  7. Is this appearing for everyone or just yourself? If you mark the community as read, does it still appear?
  8. I do not see a calendar feed loaded for the DN or DFN calendars which you are stating issues with. Please load that in your community so we can review how you have configured it first.
  9. Apologies, you marked the topic got marked with a solution so I figured you were all set. You may wish to read my reply quoted above regarding forcing people to purchase your membership Products.
  10. This is not banned within your system but rather our infrastructure provider Amazon Web Services. If they are trying a different ISP, it may be that one is not blocked.
  11. If they are receiving this without ever visiting your community, this would indicate that they are in a banned region which cannot access AWS. If they are receiving this sporadically, we would need to know what action they are performing as our firewall is blocking them.
  12. Glad to hear you figured it out 🙂
  13. Please let us know what the activity is that you're performing and we can investigate.
  14. Sorry, we are not trying to be daft here but we need to know what we're looking at here. We've been asked to look at calendar events showing up in a profile but not in the calendar so we want to be looking at apples to apples and know which user added/imported these events so we can investigate that specific issue. Without a link to the profile or at least their display name, we cannot do that. If that is no long an issue and simply importing the calendar is, please clarify and we can certainly investigate that. Just keep in mind here that when we ask for examples, we're not trying to be lazy or difficult. We just want to compare apples to apples here. Often times, we have had clients give an example and we try to reproduce it ourselves and we can't replicate the issue so we try to be as precise as possible to seeing what you're seeing. The easiest way to do that for reviewing a profile would be to obtain a link or display name 🙂 (even if there is minimal content on the site).
  15. If you're using Products, you would enable the requirement in there to force a purchase. This can be done through ACP -> Commerce -> Store -> Settings -> Purchase Settings -> Force users to make a purchase when registering? You would then enable "Show on registration form?" while editing your Product. Once all that is setup, when a user clicks "Register" on your community, they would have to select a Product.
  16. As you are not charging them, you can ignore that and just click delete. They would click register on your community and join. You really only need subscriptions if you have subscriber tiers you are charging for.
  17. Check this setting I mentioned. Do you only have 1 total subscription? If so, I would just remove it if it's free. You're complicating your system for no gain.
  18. No. It is a upload processor which is used on our end to handle this. Typically, if you run into an error the -200 is hitting a server rejection/error. Why/how would be in the server error log.
  19. If you have marked in ACP -> Commerce -> Subscriptions -> Subscription Plans -> Settings -> Require Subscription Purchase? Then this would be working as intended, you would need to have the user purchase a plan before moving forward.
  20. That looks to simply be how your browser (or the app there) is encoding those characters. That is not a software issue per say, I’m afraid.
  21. Glad to hear that it finished!
  22. Ah, gotcha. OK, please let us know if it does seem to stop or encounter errors. Sometimes these processes can take time. I'm afraid, we never allowed that in our background processes. The system manages it and the importance.
  23. BBCode is kind of.... dead.
  24. Did you encounter any errors in your browser console when you are running that?
