  1. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  2. Unfortunately, tried a few users, spending some time browsing your community and then going into the forum and topics mentioned and not seeing any access issues.
  3. Please do not delete anything directly in the database. If this is still going on, we can take a look, please let us know.
  4. Would advise also increasing the difficulty of the CAPTCHA in your hCAPTCHA settings. This has helped others. Also, may wish to rotate your questions in Q/A on registration. Keep in mind that there are human spammers too so keeping the questions unique to your niche and not easily Google-able would be advised.
  5. Are you stating that this happens with other users in real life terms? I.E., not logging in/out of accounts on the same machine.
  6. Do you have an example which we can look at which encountered this?
  7. Please check that your server is still able to make external requests. It seems like something is erroring out there and thus, why you are not able to fetch any gifs in the overlay there.
  8. If you are still seeing issues, please clear your browser's cache. Unfortunately, I am not seeing any issues on your community's gallery page.
  9. Please make any feature suggestions in Feedback forum.
  10. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.

  12. I'm not sure what you mean, it doesn't sound like you have a structure issue because there are no errors on your community or issues with indexes being accessed, etc... That is essentially the structure of the database tables. The maintenance and configuration of the MySQL server would handle when these items essentially need to have "garbage collection" done because the data has been deleted by a query/code and the server hasn't necessarily cleaned the space up yet to be used elsewhere.
  13. Unfortunately, then if the database quota is correct then you would need to upgrade your hosting so that you aren't limited to 2GB. The database table structure would be all which we can assist with, everything outside of that would be on your hosting provider to carry out their configuration and maintenance.
  14. You would need to speak with your hosting provider as the items they mentioned there are MySQL server configuration, not things we would optimize via the table schema itself.
  15. Yes, it is entirely possible to have Google AdSense with just a forum. We have plenty of clients running it. You would need to read their guidelines though and ensure your community and ad placements are corresponding to their guidelines. Google is very strict and you would need to follow their guidelines exactly.
  16. Announcements is a core software feature that has been around for some time: We recently add alerts too, which is similar in nature but can be a little more direct like this:
  17. /_logs is not a folder in our software so you would need to consult your hosting provider for assistance.
  18. Our release notes page is the best way to check each release for your fix: https://invisioncommunity.com/release-notes/ Often, we do comment back in these topics when that a release resolved the issue but it is not guaranteed.
  19. Sorry, as this is a bug in our software, this can only be remedied through us fixing the issue in a release. There is no work around at this time.
  20. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  21. This is a server module so you will want to contact your hosting provider for assistance if you are unsure.
  22. I'm afraid that is not correct, the amount shown there if your member group is not restricted would be that of your PHP upload limit setting, not the space on your server. Additionally this description may help OP with our software settings. Total maximum storage - this would be the space the user has among all their uploads. Maximum storage for each submission - this is submission based, i.e. upload limit per forum post. These can be used in combination so that if Total maximum storage is unlimited but you want to restrict your users in this group to uploading only 3MBs worth of files per content submission, you would put that in "Maximum storage for each submission". You can also do the reverse and limit say all uploads to 10GB but not limit them per content submission or any combination of that.
  23. Thanks for validating access. I took a quick look at one which I found on your community which when logging in under the club owner, I was able to see the users requesting access to the club. Unfortunately, we appear to be missing your club URL and steps in the Client Area Access Details' Notes. Could you please update those?
  24. The Club owner is not seeing these pending members under the "Members" tab? Have you tried disabling all third party applications/plugins and switching to an unmodified theme? If you wish to drop the URL in the notes section of the Client Area access details, I can take a look and perform further investigation. Please also ensure access details are up to date 🙂 .
  25. Making sure the files have correct permissions would be advised as well. Please keep in mind that the following directories need to be writable either through permissions or user/groups. If you run suPHP or suexec, the permission would be 755 for folders and 644 for files. Otherwise, that can varying depending on your setup. applications datastore plugins uploads and all sub-folders of uploads Would advise hiring a server administrator if you feel that there are any knowledge gaps to ensure that you server is setup correctly. I'm afraid, hosting support is outside our scope of support.
