  1. Could you please provide the image in a zip here which you're trying to upload and we can take a look. Providing a screenshot of what you're seeing will help as well. You will not see your own site in discover or any sites that you follow as you already have "discovered" them so they are in your "Followed" sites. Right now there really is minimal indication of this to a member. There is a follow button on categories and content items for guests at this time. More will likely to come. CH is still new but letting your community know about it is also a good first step. The Marketplace is not yet shutdown and you can still get support through your theme's author. This is a completely separate issue to Community Hive. If you have any concerns about obtaining support you should contact your theme's author as they have and will be the ones supporting you (not us 🙂 ).
  2. Yep, these tasks are pretty resource intensive so not surprising. Glad things are moving again 🙂
  3. 2 million posts are when we hard require it. There are some further limits in between.
  4. Correct. There is a limit to number of topics/posts which we impose this on.
  5. You would need to check what that 500 Internal Server Error is. If you are unsure how to obtain this, please contact your hosting provider.
  6. Only the first page of a topic should have a meta description and it will be the first post in the topic.
  7. It would change back to 12 years if you exceed the limit on Cloud. This would run when the task runs.
  8. Your current settings would keep things archived from 12+ years ago but unarchive anything newer. Running the unarchive task manually is not rendering any errors. If you see a topic which is recent that should be unarchived that isn't, please provide the example and we can certainly investigate.
  9. It is still something your hosting provider will need to assist you with as it is an issue with your PHP configuration.
  10. They would need to resolve the issue with PHP before you can continue the upgrade. There is no way to unlock your community without moving forward with the upgrade or restoring a backup of files from the previous version you were on. This is typically, a very quick thing for your hosting provider to resolve so I would wait on them to do that for you.
  11. Really depends how much content you have to unarchive and how many users frequent your site regularly to keep that task running. If you have examples where archiving missed a topic but has unarchived topics surrounding it chronologically, we can take a look at that as well.
  12. Yes, as mentioned by my colleague, you would need to convert to UTF8MB4 and it is highly recommended to do InnoDB as well.
  13. Glad to hear things are working for you!
  14. Thank you, I have moved this to a ticket now for further investigation. Please check your email for next steps.
  15. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  16. Keep in mind that a manual edit of your database is not recommended or supported (Any issues resulting from this change will not be supported.) so while that may work for you, it is not something we suggest.
  17. Yes, if you want everything else to be part of a topic but that first post, that would need to be done.
  18. You cannot. As the OP was changed in this action because it is the older date.
  19. Unfortunately, there is no undo back to what you had prior to the merge other than a full database restore. If you don’t want to do that, you can manually split each post that was merged into a new topic. That will be time consuming if there are a lot of posts though.
  20. Something went wrong typically indicates that something went wrong. I would check your System Log for further input on what happened because something could have gone further wrong interrupting that message. When the account is locked due to too many attempts with incorrect credentials, that would display a message indicating that.
  21. Please ensure that EXIF extension for PHP is installed on your server. This is required to detect and then have our software perform rotation of images.
  22. The Marketplace is only how third-party applications, plugins, themes, etc... were sold. All our first-party applications will still be sold by us.
  23. It’s part of our Commerce application.
  24. If you use Stripe or PayPal, there are abilities for automatic payments to take place if that is what you’re asking about. Otherwise, they would need manually pay each renewal.
