Just select Downloads and it will only search the files.

A nice simple toggle on the default theme is all we're asking. No more, no less. Can anyone do it without having two themes, as Day_'s looks brilliant and works well having used it.

I'm sure I've seen this mentioned before, but can we implement a notice/message notifying us of patches?

We have the notification feature in AdminCP, is there no way you can use this to push out a notice for us to check for patch updates?

As of now, the only way we know is by running the support tool, which is what I just did now only to find the new patch regarding Facebook.

Hola! So I just updated to the latest version of IPS. I'm not sure if I'll experience more bugs, but I noticed something immediately.
When I try to change an image size in a topic, it doesn't update. I made a video so it'll make more sense. I change image sizes to 0 pixels so it "hides" it. I need an image uploaded to the OP because it's the featured image on my homepage, but I don't necessarily want to show the thumbnail in the topic.
Check this out. It just ignores the rule and keeps the image in. Thoughts?

Yes - it's actually the first one I updated for 4.5 but testing showed up a few issues which I'll get back to soon.

Yeah, but as far as I know, what you are sending to Twitter is just a link and Twitter will crawl the topic itself, which doesn’t have any information about the “promotion” (and the images chosen for it). 
So the best you get is the sharer image unless you have my plugin for topics.
The Twitter card support itself is a stock functionality now, but there is not necessarily a meaningful image available for every URL of the suite. 

I've setup a new Twitter account and sorted out my developer account. I'm able to promote to Twitter but, the Tweets are not turning into or showing as links?

Wasn't it the case (before), if you promoted to Twitter, it showed the image, and the Tweet acted as a link with a preview of the post? Now all I get is a Tweet with a preview of text and a hyperlink which looks awful, but it does show an image.

I've also noticed when using Twitter Card Validator that no images show on my links? I can only add a sharer image which is then displayed, obviously this is no good as you want to grab the attention of users with engaging images.

I'm going to guess this is still the same bug that has plagued the system since 4.x.x was released. So, with in mind, I'll try to replicate the steps I did in order to get the CSS back.

If you can navigate pressing the highlighted links, go to Themes, and try to find the link that will enable 'DESIGNER MODE' let it run, and it should refresh the page. This should hopefully fix the issue, then turn off DESIGNERS MODE.

This is nothing against Michael but I thought IPS are meant to check these things before being released, with this new stringent Marketplace?

Following the settings you see you can set up min posts and you can select which group the user goes to upon setting that up. Under actions you can then select a group, so for example I have set content count to 10, and once the user makes 10 posts they're moved in to the select group.

This has been a nice feature that was introduced quite some time ago (v3.x.x?), and as far as I can remember, it should be standard for all.

I set mine to page one so it’s constantly there and people get used it, rather than just showing up randomly after 3 pages.

I've been around a long time too,  a lot of us have. There is no 'attack here' we're simply expressing our views. As Lindy has said in the past many times... Express our views and it's taken on board and sometimes changed. We have seen it, sometimes it doesn't change but if we do not speak out, nothing gets 'changed' and sometimes, that can be for the worse.

It's nice to see that I am not the only one, not liking the idea to not be able to download the files manually, or have an active licence in order to download files or updates to them.

Yup, while I've done my best, I can't always afford the 6 months renewal on top of everything else. Sometimes, I leave my licence expired for a few months. I did this recently, until I had enough and wanted to help test 4.5 beta. But time will once again be upon me to renew and I know I'll have to wait awhile before I can.

I was going to make a separate topic, but since we're all talking about it here. This isn't a good move if it's true? I thought it was a glitch on my side and I left it as was renewing anyway.

Not to be 'that person' but if you force us to have an active licence in order to keep 3rd party apps/plugins up to date OR purchase then, I won't be using the marketplace and will source the files outside like I do already with a couple that I own. This has its own inherent problems, but I only buy from long standing developers.

Big fan of the Members Map. But is this simply to go to a paid app, realising how popular the free one was? I’m sure many will upgrade and support so no problems there. 
Just seen a few apps recently which have gone up in price since 4.5.x release and like everything, it’s getting more and more expensive.

I'm working with @Dean_ on his board to resolve any open issues
