  1. There isnt a way in which you would be able to ban them in that manner, however as a suggestion, what you could do is create a group with no permissions and move them all to that group, if its something where you want to immediately remove their access.
  2. Glad to hear this is working for you 🙂
  3. Being on the latest release is something we would always advise, and yes will always make for the smoothest upgrade process Yes, we always aim to make the process a smooth process. But this is also a large upgrade. If you have custom items, you need to account for those not working and needing upgrading when you get to that point Review all 3rd party items and remove what you are not using. You could indeed set up a test environment as mentioned above, ready for this. However I would advise probably doing this closer to the time. Other than that, there isnt really anything else you can do to prepare until we are ready.
  4. They would actually be sorted in order usually. Is there anything custom you have on there? For example, have you customised the stream code in any way? Also, please disable all 3rd party items and refresh this to see if that corrects the issue
  5. When its ready ™ 😄 Seriously though. Thats the honest answer. We're getting must closer to that state however. 🙂
  6. thank you for letting us know. Ive added a new bug report on this
  7. Images are deleted automatically when not in use. If however you think you may have things, perhaps from very old versions or otherwise, what you could potentially do is move everything to a new folder using the storage system. Whatever left is clearly orphaned
  8. Your admin CP is at /admin/ or if you click on your name in the top right on your site, you will see a link there. In terms of creating forums in there, take a look at this which will get you started Of course if you have any other questions, please let us know
  9. Conversation is going around in circles a bit now people. We're happy to hear the reasons people are using source mode in the first place, as it does give us opportunity to see things that may be easily solvable without people having to resort to such measures to achieve the same thing. However the back and forth debate between people on whether or not something is useful is a little futile. What is pointless to one, may not be pointless to another. There is a place for these discussions, and its probably not within a topic showing the new editor.
  10. It wont corrupt your themes. it's a measure to temporarily disable things, in order to get you back in
  11. Given one user is Receiving them, it cant really be related to the system sending. I would suggest getting them to ensure they are checking their spam folder first of all, and even engaging with their email host. Its likely there is something in the reply emails that is being blocked by their server at some stage
  12. The first one looks to be a bug. Please provide full information on the second. I will need to log in and take a look
  13. On this one, have they been in and read the first reply? I ask as they wont get more notifications till they have been in and looked at what they have, as they have already been notified there is Something waiting for them
  14. Not at present These would be created via the plugin system
  15. OEmbed read is what they have essentially renamed it to, and it requires verification before it will show on facebooks end. This is why you cannot see it https://developers.facebook.com/docs/features-reference/oembed-read
  16. I've added this as a bug report for you. As Jim said, technically its working as written at present. However it does make little sense I agree
  17. The question essentially there is "can I have full control over styling in code", and the answer to that would indeed be no. You're not going to do everything in the manner you have been by adding classes and IDs. You may however be able to paste things in, if you have been using an external editor to get things the way you want them to look. As has already been mentioned by my colleague above, i would really be best to wait till you an play with the new editor to see for yourself what you can do. You may find there are other ways to achieve what you are doing there, or be able to style things in a different manner.
  18. I need to know where they are showing incorrectly
  19. Yes, you should upload a fresh set of files then run the upgrader from /admin/upgrade
  20. Just to note, the facebook approval process is for embedding threads, not for helping with posting before merge time expires
  21. This is not something we have planned at present. You can of course add groups (therefore add permissions) by Section based on set criteria, but not based on answering a specific post
  22. We would need some examples in order to take a look for you
  23. Im not sure exactly what you mean here. Unlocks access to what exactly?
