  1. As mentioned above, there isnt actually the full content to show
  2. This is something you need to contact your hosting company about, as the issue is connection to your mysql instance. This isnt something we are able to assist with unfortunately.
  3. Are you seeing anything show up in console when you try this?
  4. Unfortunately, it being a local server and indeed an issue with a server environment, we are very limited on what we are able to assist with in this instance. Another cause I have seen are incorrect permissions on the index.php file, so that might be worth a check
  5. That is something that would be a theme discussion. There is no support for anything other than text within forum names. I will move your ticket over to our community support area where you may be able to get some assistance.
  6. Check to ensure mod_security is not causing a block on that page. This is most likely what is causing the issue
  7. As you have pages, you can do this by creating a custom block in the admin CP. Page Management>Blocks Create new block Changedropdown to "donation goals" Give it a name Save and create permissions You can then use the "custom blocks" block to add it to your page on the front end
  8. Thats something only your hosting company would be able to answer
  9. I have tagged developers on this to take a look at your topic and review.
  10. No problem. Glad you were able to get that done 🙂
  11. There is no way in which to allow only to be able to send to specific groups, however you can disable the messaging system altogether for certain users if needed. See the module permissions section of the following guide
  12. You can certainly still do that. See the following guide which shows how to set up moderators Make sure you read all the moderator section, including the "location specific" section, which is what you are looking for in this instance
  13. I have created a ticket for you on this for someone to take a closer look at
  14. Will always cause an issue that 😄 Been there myself in the past lol
  15. Glad to hear you found the problem there. What was the cause of your issue there?
  16. If that is the case, you need to clarify more, as what had been described there isn't a difference. What are you seeing on the desktop menu, that you are not seeing on the mobile menu? What item names specifically
  17. Please could you confirm if you have now resolved this? I see your ticket is still awaiting access, so not sure if its just you have now resolved the problem?
  18. I see a resolution has been send to you on this one which will fix the issue on your site. Of course please feel free to respond to the ticket if you have any further issues.
  19. Ah, sorry, my apologies, you are quite right. I will move this ticket to our suggestions area so it may be considered for a future release
  20. Ah I see. These are things you can set at a server level, usually using htaccess. We of course cache things at an application level where required. I will move your topic to our community support section for hosting, for further discussion.
  21. Thats great to hear. Thank you for letting us know
  22. I am not seeing any issue on this end, other than there being a fair emount loading with regards the ads on the page. It seems its simply loading slowly on your end, which is very likely to be on your system as apposed to anywhere else
  23. Sorry, Im not sure what you mean here. Browsers cache data, yes.
  24. Im not seeing this happening on your site. Could you provide me a link to that topic, and also let me know what browser, version, and operating system you are using?
  25. Please check it on a default unaltered theme with all 3rd party items disabled. It looks like the page source is simply slow at loading on that site
