  1. Thank you for your feedback. There have been topics put in our feedback area regarding these.
  2. You dont seem to have said what error you mean there. However if its an issue in a 3rd party pack you would need to contact that author. Just to note here, language packs do not ship with locales, as they are something on your server
  3. Are you ensuring that you are using the correct language pack in your Admin CP first of all? Also, ensure your language pack uses the correct locale, as some items are set by locale
  4. As an update to this, there has now been a patch just released to resolve this issue. To apply the patch, please visit support in your Admin CP and select the "Optional Update" item shown
  5. Just to let you all know, there has now been a patch just released to resolve this issue. To apply the patch, please visit support in your Admin CP and select the "Optional Update" item shown
  6. This being the case, it sounds very much like it's a linked in issue, rather than one of your own there Your articles look awesome btw 🙂
  7. I would suggest addressing these first of all, as they may well be what is causing the problem.
  8. There isnt a setting for this, however one of our customers has placed a suggestion on how to customise this if you wanted to look? There is also an open suggestion for adding a setting for this.
  9. Do you have an example of this, so I can see what you mean here? Im not seeing any issues on my test instance here, and if what opentype mentions is the case on all posts there, its likely what is causing your issues
  10. Limitations on the number of reactions that can be given per day can only be done at the group level. The correct way to do this would indeed be to add a secondary group which has those higher permissions, as you would with any other permission.
  11. A -200 error would usually indicate an issue server side, rather than on the side of the software, however in your case I note you are using the cloud product. Do you have a copy of the GIF you can zip and then upload here. Note, it is important you zip it first as I need the original file preserves for my testing here
  12. Please bear in mind it can take some time for these to go through. From the point its determined to be a bug, it needs to actually be fixed, then reviewed, then applied to a version, then actually released. These processes mean it may not have a fix for the next release. It may be the release after, and in some complex cases longer
  13. No, Sorry. When there is a bug report there is no guarentee as to which version it will appear in. It depends upon what is involved in fixing the issue, then it being fixed, reviewed, tested, then applied to a version. So it can take some time from bug report to actually being released, depending on where we are in the release cycle.
  14. tables are created using the default storage engine, so switching that will indeed have the desired effect
  15. Also checking simple things first such as going to support in your AdminCP and ensuring you follow any suggestions in there. Items such as tables not using INNODB can affect performance for example.
  16. You still actually have a ticket in support open related to this, which is being looked at. The fix was not added to the latest release for that reason.
  17. As mentioned above, this is not something currently possible in that case unfortunately. I have moved this to the suggestions forum for you, so it can be considered in a future release
  18. This is still showing as being worked on at present, and your ticket on this is still active
  19. You would need to speak to the author on this one to see if they have an updated version for you
  20. Thank you for letting us know. I will make our developers aware of this so that it can be looked into.
  21. You can remove IP addresses from view, but you would not be able to stop them being logged entirely. And indeed in most cases that would be undesirable. Maybe if we can understand the reasons you would want to do this, it may help us assist further.
  22. Unfortunately this is indeed the case You will indeed be having the issue on 4.4, as there was a patch in 4.6 to resolve the problem. So 4.4 would have issues Not sure how this would help, to be honest.
  23. You would need to revert your globalTemplate there. At some point you have edited that template, and therefore its not updated. So your theme at present doesnt have the changes required to add that menu
