  1. Have you tested this with all 3rd party items disabled first of all?
  2. I am not seeing any ban on your account there. Please PM me your IP address and I can take a look with that, as I suspect its your IP that is banned
  3. Please disable 2 factor authentication while we take a look at this for you
  4. I will move your ticket here to our community support, as we would not provide official support for customisation, and there may well be people there who can assist you with getting to where you wish to be.
  5. You wont have to reconfigure your site itself, don't worry. I'll see if we can get this expediated for you. Our apologies for the issue you are facing here. It seems there is a very unusual situation with your domain that I havent seen in the thousands I have applied personally, so its taking some time to go through.
  6. Given what you are seeing there, I would ask first of all, have you tried reverting the editor to default? Its very likely this will resolve your issue, so please try that first of all. With regard the videobox issue, you should contact the author for assistance with resolving those
  7. Good luck with the upgrade. I will move this ticket to community support for you un case you require any further assistance there.
  8. Im not sure what the relevance of the latter 2 would be there. The issue here is simply that the notifications have not been clicked into, as mentioned above
  9. I see your tables are now all INNODB and showing as such, so assuming you found the item here. If anyone else is seeing an issue, please let us know. However it is indeed likely a table has been created that is not INNODB. You are best to contact your hosting company and have them change the default
  10. I will move this to advanced hosting support, as this is an issue you need to resolve with your host, rather than with our software here.
  11. I have not seen any reports of this. You can indeed just create a new langauge pack in the admin CP if needed, which Would indeed create a new stock language pack. If of course you have any issues once you update your live site, just let us know and we can take a look.
  12. There is no facility that would allow you to do this at the present time. You may wish to post up within our suggestions block if it is something you would like to see in the future.
  13. As mentioned by Randy above, there isnt really any quick way to go about this. You can change everyones of course, as mentioned, but Im not sure thats what you want to do here. It is worth noting, there may be 3rd party items that you find to be helpful in this, so it would be worth taking a look within the marketplace
  14. Please update all access details on file, and we can then take a look at this if you find it isnt. I suspect there may be another issue on your installation there
  15. The 2 items above would be the only way in which to achieve this at present
  16. There is no way in which you would be able to do that at the present time. You would require customisation in which to achieve something like this.
  17. I have moved this over to our suggestions forum, as these are functions which simply dont exist at present.
  18. Have you tried disabling all 3rd party items? It looks like something is trying to update a column that doesnt exist within the application
  19. I am unable to access to take a look due to access details on file being incorrect, but as mentioned above please ensure you disable all 3rd party items and test this again. If you take a look in system logs also, as there may have been an issue at the time of posting that you can pin down there
  20. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  21. As mentioned above, we are using pages for our articles, with customised templates, rather than the blog system. You would need to use pages in order to achieve what you wish above
  22. Thank you for coming back on that 🙂
  23. Disabling the item that is causing the problem, or contacting the author and having them resolve that problem.
  24. It does indeed need to be the exact URL its licensed under in order to install, yes. This is what will have been causing the problem
  25. Please do not change all contents to "del". As mentioned, the intention is that people can see what the solutions were. I will lock this topic, as without the contents there is no longer any purpose unfortunately. Feel free to message me if you would like me to revert the edits and reopen the topic
