  1. As that was generated by an old version however, I Would recommend letting us know if you see the problem happen again naturally, rather than inserting that set of data manually. While I understand what you are saying there, clearly there is something off with that specific item

  3. As was mentioned in the message to you originally While I appreciate your frustration, its something that wasnt really intended to be used in that manner. Essentially, its an oversight in that respect. Its related to the period lengths rather than the prices themselves. These can take some time to go through and decide on what we are going to do with them. At present this is still being gone through. As you know this is not intended to work in that manner, all I can do here is reiterrate what has already been said. A warning, while stopping others from doing the same, is not going to solve your problem here. I understand you believe there has been nothing done to address this, however the reality here is that you havent seen anything done to address it. This is a large area of the software in which cant be simply changed without internal discussion, coding, and then implementation. This can at times involve an extended period of time to address
  4. I have just confirmed this with my colleagues. ALCs are used because some objects are purposely not public, while others are. So for the purposes of our software that is indeed what is required. I have made a note to update our documentation to include this. Previously this selection was not present when the documentation was done, which is why it is not there at the moment.   5. Sorry to hear you feel this was not dealt with correctly, however you were not asked to debug anything there. In fact to the contrary. We had requested access so we could take a look. With regard the AWS item not following recommendations, I will bring this up internally. Please however be aware that items will change at places out of our control, and these can take time to implement on our end. The S3 documentation has also been noted internally to be looked at. There is certainly no intention in any way to be difficult. I'm glad to see it resolved your issue in any case
  6. Just to point out on this one, we provide guides on how to set up our side, and attempt to provide the AWS side. However you dont actually pay us to provide guides on how to set up AWS. I can certainly take a look at that, but I do need to clarify this point.
  7. Most of the sites running invision use amazon S3, so its certainly working. The message itself would usually mean that some of the details you are entering are incorrect

  9. I am not seeing any issues when using either quote selection or full quote on that browser. There was however an update to that browser which fixes an issue with the keyboard, which sounds very similar to the issue they are having. So it would be worth asking.
  10. I am not looking at this from the technical side here. I am saying the renewal date is the expiry date. The payment date may not be the date of renewal. It will be taken automatically when an invoice is generated. So what you are asking for isnt the same as the renewal date. In any case, its not something that is currently available, so would need to be added as a suggestion. It is however the "Next invoice date" you would be looking to have added.

  12. You need to select "Set custom permissions" within that category. Otherwise it will follow permissions of the database itself
  13. There is no way in which to show a theme only to guests and not to everyone else, if thats what you are trying to do there.
  14. Are you using suPHP/suExec there? I ask as those folders would usually be 777 if you arent
  15. Things like this are generally going to be performance issues on the server. One thing I Would advise checking before anything else, is that your tables are all using INNODB

  17. Please try again now. It was showing database issues in the support area of your admin CP. This should have now added the items you were missing
  18. Please could you confirm here exactly what it is doing? It should be downloadable if its not embedding? That would be the correct behaviour Please post up things like these in our suggestions area. Adding suggestions within a support topic would end up being buried, which Im sure is not your intention there
  19. This has now been patched. Please go to the support area in your admin CP and run the optional patch, and it should resolve the issue for you
  20. If its corrupt data that was causing the problem, its likely that data was created by an old version somewhere. I Would suggest just letting us know if you see the issue again, rather than restoring what you already know to be a problem
  21. Please note that when you do set up googlemaps API, it can take a little while for it to be activated.
