    Taking a look there, you would need to contact your ad suppliler, as its their code which is determining how and when it shows. With what you have done on the software ad area, you have just set the ad to appear above the header

    Actually it doesnt. If you narrow your screen, it will narrow that image only. So the proportion would also change

    As mentioned in your other ticket, you need to delete that package and download a new one, as that would indicate there are some /applications/cms items that shouldnt be present

    That is already cleared, but isnt what is causing your issues. Your issue is that you have some CMS files and dont have others. You dont actually have pages on your license. You would need to do this from a fresh download, rather than the one you are using there

    Unfortunately as this is something you have modified, we are unable to assist with this, as this is custom code and the block you are using and amending isnt really built to be used in the manner you are using this.

    You would see "CMS" which is actually the pages application. You dont add items via tar. As mentioned in the documentation there, you upload a fresh set of files, then visit site features>application where you will see it in the list available to install. If you are on the latest release with all patches added, you can actually just upload applications/cms if you wish

    This is not something that dropped off the starter plan. In fact the starter plan was always stated not to allow custom items. The fact it allowed their installation was actually a bug, which was resolved. Our growth plan is what you would need if you plan on using custom items

    As mentioned above, its likely something is blocking this. Securi is another prime candidate, as is cloudflare. You would really need to check with your host

    Ah I see. Thank you for that. Indeed that is correct. Its certainly not something we would take into account, and as mentioned, they would not actually have the link for an attachment unless they are provided it, as if they have to fill in their profile they would not be able to get to where that attachment is

    Sorry, Im really not sure what you mean here. Please provide a step by step as to what is happening here. You stated it doesnt need anyone to provide a link, however in your example thats exactly what would be needed as otherwise they would not have a link to click

    There is no way in which to add a test environment on the cloud platform at the present time.

    If its only when you have that in the code, you would need to remove it, as that isnt our code there. I have added notes to this ticket so we can get clarification from our developers on whether or not it should be redirecting when visiting index.php directly

    You would simply edit the guest group in the admin CP and set "can use site" to off.

    There isnt at the present time. If you are having issues with new members posting spam, maybe set them to moderation to begin with. However the best way to deal with this would generally be to ensure they cannot get to the site in the first place, by ensuring you have all spam prevention measures in place.     The changing of what it says on the stream you would need to post up as a suggestion if you wish for it to be changed there. However the fact it is being moved up when its edited depends on your own settings. On the settings of your database on the options tab there is an "Update the last action" item. This will be set to one of the top 2 options, which are either "When the item is edited or a new comment is made" or "When the item is edited only"

    Please check your language pack there. It seems this may be out of date, and is probably what is causing your issue
