  1. We need exact URLs when these issues are occurring if possible, then we can advise accordingly.
  2. It looks like you are hitting yoru curl timeout settings there when downloading. You would need to contact your hosting company to increase this
  3. It's the creation date for that item. That item coming up in your search for example may be a reply. So it shows the date of that reply. It would not to the last update date for the topic. There is no way in which to do that without modification
  4. Glad to hear your new hosting company is assisting you with the migration there, and hope things go well for you
  5. Adding it like that would indeed be custom. You can however add a dropdown menu from the menu manager. It wouldnt be laid out like that though https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/getting-started/setting-up-your-menu-r27/
  6. Thank you for reporting this. I have reported this as a bug internally, and this will be resolved in a future release of the software.
  7. I suspect it may well be. Sorry we couldnt help there, but as we cant see the issue, it can be difficult to diagnose
  8. While I understand what you are saying there on the theme, please test this on a default unaltered theme in the first instance. It may well be that you are missing something there
  9. Could you please check on your server to ensure that no caching is enabled on there. If it is, please disable while testing this.
  10. I would need to know who you are on the site in order to take a look at this. Also, who you are trying to send it to
  11. No problem at all. Glad you got what you needed there 🙂
  12. You dont have searching switched on for that database, which is likely to be your issue
  13. You will get new content only if there is new content. It will send you what is on that stream each day. There havent been any updates there, so it will indeed show the same
  14. Please check in support in your admin CP, and check you have applied all patches there. I believe this may be due to missing a patch which resolved a marketplace problem
  15. On taking a closer look at this, it is indeed correct. There is no way in which to exclude these at present. It will show similar content from anything which is indexed in the search index. That would indeed include statuses
  16. You would need to contact the author of that theme for assistance in the first instance. We would not assist with 3rd party items
  17. It may well be that you are missing other items. The reality is, you need to ensure you have a full copy of your files, and you didnt at the time of copying items over. This is what was causing you the initial issues, and there may be items in the uploads folder you are missing too. You need to ensure you have all of the uploads folder from your old server
  18. I dont believe there are any plans for that at the present time, as it can cause performance issues
  19. Sorry, with this, please could you let us know which database is causing you issues also?
  20. Please could you provide me the name of the customer in question (or the member ID will do if needed) and the name of the product? I can then take a look for you
  21. Not really sure what to tell you here. Im not able to replicate this on any of our pages here. It seems just to be on your end. What browser and OS are you using?
  22. There is indeed no facility for this at the present time. I will move this to our suggestions area for future consideration
  23. In addition to the above, I have uploaded a fresh set of the latest files for you, and run the upgrader through. So you are now on the latest release, and you should be able to log in. Of course you need to make sure you get those uploads from your backup, as my colleague mentioned
  24. Updating your email to a different email address in your client area would be the best way to ensure you are getting them if you are still having issues there. On closer look at this, the SQL details in your conf_global.php file appear to be incorrect entirely, which is why you are having issues. For further correspondance on this, you would really need to ensure you change the email on file and submit a new ticket to look at, as there is information I cannot provide in public
  25. You would then need to contact your hosting company to obtain the correct detail there
