  1. Excellent. Thats great to hear
  2. I have moved your ticket to our developer forum in case any 3rd party developers wish to advise on this. I do however need to warn you that by manipulating the database in this manner, we would be unable to assist with any future issues which may arise on this.
  3. There is no best approach to this. Its quite simply something you should never ever do. I can move your ticket to the development forum if you would like, but it's not something we can assist with in any way. Advice or otherwise. I cannot emphasise enough how much things are very very likely to break.
  4. Im not sure what gives you that impression there. There is no way in which to fix this issue. You are trying to fix something that isn't something that is broken. If you deleted members, it will not change other peoples IDs to ensure every ID is populated as you are suggesting. You stated also that you changed some of the tables, but there are a lot of tables. If you do that, you will very likely break your site. If you feel I havent answered a specific item there, you would need to clarify
  5. Is there anything in the same category that the user can upgrade/downgrade? If you believe there is, please update all access details on file, and provide the name or ID of that member so that we can take a look for you
  6. Please could you let me know what you were promoting there? We can then take a look and advise accordingly.
  7. Glad to hear you managed to find what you are looking for 🙂
  8. Sorry, Im a little confused as to what you are asking there. Have you selected that page/group for where it is you wish to promote to? Im not sure what you are referring to with oemebed, as thats not in any way related to sharing to facebook or twitter
  9. There is no way in which to change how that works. The key of a user in the database is really for programmatic use, rather than something that a front end user should ever be bothered with. We cannot advise on changing things directly in the database, and it is very very likely to cause you issues if you do so
  10. As mentioned above, this is an issue that was fixed. If you are in the middle of an upgrade, please upload a fresh set of files from your client area and rerun the upgrader from /admin/upgrade
  11. Sorry to hear you feel that way. The achievement system is something that was very new for 4.6. If you wish to see improvements in the system, the best way is to post this up within our suggestion area, rather than venting frustration in a post here. We are indeed receptive to constructive feedback. With the item you are using here however, it has already been confirmed by my colleague that it is a bug. Within any software, you will get times there are bugs that need to be resolved. You appear to be reacting here before seeing the fix
  12. Do feel free to post this up within our suggestions forum, if it is something you wish to see in a future release
  13. Oh, it is definitely a time in the future 😉
  14. This should now be working on the latest version. Please let us know if you have any further issues
  15. I see the issue has now been resolved by my colleague for you. 🙂
  16. @tomekk Just to let you know, there was an issue with trying to write files when being addressed by our tier 2 support team. Please check your emails for the response from my colleague there
  17. I would suggest disabling 3rd party items and seeing if you can reproduce this. If you look at the bottom of each log, you will now see a handy "loaded hooks" section, which shows items currently being loaded up at the point of those errors
  18. The issue with guides documenting facebooks side of things, is its unfortunately a never ending game these days. As fast as we document, they change. And the reality is, its really their documentation to request that permission that should be being followed rather than ours in any case
  19. No, we wouldnt do a thing like that to you 🙂 Any tickets in there would still be worked on
  20. Never before the first coffee 😄
  21. I'm a little confused as to your response there, Mark. You had quoted me there stating that indeed its difficult to set up. This is however facebook who are making it difficult. We have no control over this in any way. It is worth noting here, I did also say we would need to know what has been said in that rejection in order to advise. Without that information, there isnt really anything for us to answer
  22. As mentioned on the message there, you would just visit /admin/upgrade and complete the upgrade in that scenario. Its likely the query timed out there, but I have completed that off for you in any case
  23. If you go to the front end of your site, you will see the RSS link in the bottom right, which will contain that feed. Click on that and you will then have the link
  24. Hello, This is edited by opening the block manager, then clicking edit on that block. If you are unsure on how to use the block manager, please take a look a the following guide, which should help you on your way 🙂
  25. Haha, glad to hear it 😄
