  1. There are emoticons if you add them yes, but they cannot be added to a title
  2. The problem here is its simply becoming too difficult for the average user to set up, and we are changing items constantly in an effort to keep up with a constantly changing environment unfortunately. Zapier would resolve that issue on both counts
  3. No problem. Good luck with your customisation
  4. As already mentioned, there isnt really anything we can add. If there are issues with google search you really would need to contact them. There is no issue there as far as it can be searched for, and no issues on the software. Your issue seems only to be with the screen you show in your image above. As mentioned by Randy, it seems its simply incorrect
  5. Your ticket is there and will be responded to as soon as possible.
  6. Not changing the permissions after upload would not mean they are fine. It depends on your server. Are you using suPHP/suExec? If you are unsure, you need to check
  7. Have you checked your system logs to see what is showing up there?
  8. You would need to disable all 3rd party items and test this again. The message there indicates an issue with a 3rd party item
  9. Its restricted at present by item and not by things within that item. For example members, forums etc. You would indeed need to post that up as a request for a new feature within our feature request forum, if you wish to see this appear in a future release.
  10. Unfortunately there isn't really anything we are able to assist with if we cannot replicate. To me, the original link you gave is simply working.
  11. Just to confirm, there is no built in way to do this. It would indeed require 3rd party items
  12. Yes, it would depend upon the operating system displaying correctly, but this isnt really a question on how the software works.
  13. We can only advise on our own theme. We would need to know specifically what issues there are that can be changed, if you are seeing issues.
  14. Sorry we could not be of further assistance with that. As someone who has used the site quite a lot, you do find there are many many archives with no CSS on them or missing items.
  15. You would need to look again at your code there, as clearly there is something incorrect there. If its off one of our emails, there is likely other items you have missed that need to go alongside it, but this would be outside the scope of support unfortunately. I can move your ticket to the development forum if you wish, as there may well be people there who can help you achieve what you are looking for?
  16. I would need to know who the member is and which club. We can then take a look for you
  17. Yes, that guide needs updating. Unfortunately we are stuck in a situation of Facebook constantly updating their APIs, so as quick as we update things, they change. What is it you are having issues with?
  18. Do you have any example pages I can take a look at for you?
  19. No problem at all. Glad to hear things are now working
  20. Take a look in uploads/logs. You can see the errors in there relating to both plugins
  21. This is indeed what is causing the errors. There are some from chatbox also, but the template errors are coming from that telegram plugin
  22. Your issue appears to be being caused by a 3rd party telegram login system being used. You would need to contact the author of that item for assistance
  23. Yes, test on a default unaltered theme first of all
