  1. Please temporarily disable 2 factor authentication also
  2. Ive created a ticket on this for you to see if we can get things sorted
  3. Please could you check the details entered? Connection times out when trying to connect to that FTP location
  4. Sorry, Im a little confused by your statement there. If you click "Fix this" it does indeed tell you exactly what works best with our software, as you were expecting here. I will move your ticket to our self hosted assistance forum where others may well have the answers for you, as you mention.
  5. We need FTP details. Those will not changed based on restores.
  6. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  7. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  8. It would be very very unusual to set htdocs entirely to 777. It looks like something else is amiss here, as you are getting EX0 rather than a permission error We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  9. You have adverts automatically being added to the page somehow that are breaking the layout of your site there
  10. These are things you need to contact your hosting company about, rather than invision, as they are hosting issues unfortunately. Curl, as mentioned, is recommended to be updated in your case. Its not stating its not present
  11. There does seem to have been an uptick in spam lately. From what you are describing, it sounds like they are manually registering. Unfortunately, thats not something any spam measure is going to be able to prevent, as they are no different in that respect to any other user
  12. Please could you let us know which club and the person you are trying to decline? We can then take a look
  13. Glad you have what you need there. Please let us know if you have any further questions
  14. You have quite a lot going on there. In the first instance, please do the following and test again at each point Upload a fresh set of files from your client area Disable Redis Disable cloudflare Disable all 3rd party items
  15. I would need some examples of search terms which are not showing what you expect. I just used a word found in a post just as an example (the word poszukiwania) and this came up with results as expected
  16. There are a couple of things you can try there. Try disabling redis entirely, then testing again Try reverting all custom FURLs
  17. I have moved this over to our suggestions forum, as thats a suggestion to change this behaviour, rather than a support issue
  18. Please could you disable 2 factor authentication on the ACP. I can then take a look to see if there is anything obvious in there, but on the face of it, something is redirecting you other than the software there
  19. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  20. You would need to contact your hosting company to see what is redirecting there. I cannot see anything obviously wrong in your setup, and the fact it works in 2 other PHP versions would unfortunately indicate an issue on your hosting, rather than one with the software
  21. Your English is better than my Polish (some would say my English lol). Has this now resolved the issue?
  22. Sorry, Im not sure I understand your response there. Im asking if you have tried moving to https? If you have using the server, you will need to also ensure the software is using https, otherwise you will indeed get redirects https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/advanced-options/configuration-options/using-ssl-https-r273/
  23. Have you perhaps moved from http to https?
  24. This being the case, you would need to contact your hosting company to check security related items as mentioned above. Im not seeing anything wrong with that file there
