Looking your current situation, restoring from a full backup really seems to be your only option here. What is happening when you restore? Are you restoring both files and database?

It looks like this was an issue with cache. I have managed to get your site back online, but you do have modified files, and there are other issues with your installation I have messaged you about that you really need to resolve.
We are unable to extend licenses unfortunately. It will not however cause your site to go offline. You will just loose access to IPS services until you can get that renewed
Unfortunately, this is something that is a problem for many Russian consumers at present, and is no something we are able to work around due to sanctions currently in place against the country. Payment processors are simply unable to process Russian transactions

There would be no way in which to really deal with that other than to block the people themselves. If its someone specific coming back over and over, maybe add moderation for the first few posts. It will of course not stop it being saved, but it may stop them once they release its not getting released
Spam simply seems to be getting through captcha these days unfortunately, and contact forms is one of the main attack points for spammers. This is one of the reasons we have introduced hcaptcha in our next release, as this appears at present to be more effective
There is no way in which to limit the size of a post at present. What exactly is being added that is making them that size? Do you have all spam protections in place that are provided?
