  1. Please ensure you are updated to the latest release, you are using default email templates, and that you have no 3rd party items enabled, then test this again. I am unable to replicate this on my end. I actually shows a anonymous guest posting when I test
  2. If you are not seeing a transaction on your site at all, I wouldnt expect thats where it has come from. So the first thing I would be doing here is contacting stripe to find out the origin of that request
  3. You have to bear in mind there that its responsive in width, and so whatever image you choose needs to be something that will look fine no matter where on the image is shown in that box. So there isnt really any 'one size fits all' that you are looking for here unfortunately. Its also worth pointing out, you really shouldn't be testing on 4.7.12. You should really test on the latest release.

  6. Its very very likely related, yes. If its timing out, its probably sat on that process for a while, then once it times out its sending the other notification.
  7. The number of items does appear to be lower than in your screenshot there. Note, when you are looking in PHPMyAdmin there, that's an estimated count. You should click it which will calculate the actual count
  8. Are you running cron for tasks at all? If so, please check these are set to run once a min, and also check to see if you have any errors being returned

  15. You cannot have a forum set as both. However, you can set a discussion forum to allow solved posts. That's actually what we have here for our support forums. Im not honestly sure on what you mean by "provide experts on". You are better to wait until things are released rather than trying to prepare for things without the knowledge of how they work, to be honest. For example, you dont 'give' someone an expert rank.
  16. As mentioned above, contacting your hosting company would be needed at this point. The issue you have is with the mysql instance itself there.

  21. It can be. I was simply suggesting what would be more sensible (point the subdomain to that IP)
  22. I can certainly see the screenshot there. However as you mentioned in your own post there, ours is not showing it. Dont get me wrong, we acknowledged there was an isssue, which has now been resolved. 🙂
  23. This is simply because it was not down as such in most places. It was slow for the most part, so hasnt tripped it
  24. If your test URL no longer points to an existing test instance, yes. However to be honest, wouldnt you be best to simply then point it to the new test location? This is what most people tend to do.
