  1. No problem at all, and good luck with the moves
  2. You are checking your server is compatible with what you are upgrading to, not what you are currently on
  3. No, it would update to PHP 8, run the compatibility checker, then upgrade
  4. I have created a ticket for you on this, so we can take a closer look
  5. I don't understand your answer there unfortunately. Nowhere in my message were plugins mentioned. You were asked to update access details so we can look at the issue on your site
  6. You should update to the latest release of the platform, and be using the current compatibility check tool. You should ensure that your 3rd party applications are compatible with the latest release, and PHP 8
  7. It can only be it loading from the server itself. Note more resources doesn't necessarily mean it performs better. That is more down to the configuration of the server to use those resources in an efficient manner. Check your support area in the admin CP first of all, and see if anything is showing up in the mysql area. If there is, action that and test again. If not, it would likely be a case of tuning your mysql instance to speed it up
  8. I have changed this for you. For future reference, it's the "Show Club Content Areas" setting within Clubs->Settings that you had switched to show everywhere
  9. I have created another ticket for you on that one, and got that escalated
  10. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  11. before we look further into the issue here. Could I confirm you havent changed any defaults lately? I ask as the message would indicate everyone is opted out of your newsletters
  12. Have you just switched to PHP 8? If so, have you ensured you have switched any cron you have running to also use that PHP version?
  13. What I mean is you would only be able to search individual items. There is no "Find all links" function unfortunately.
  14. Sorry to hear you wish to cancel. I have removed all renewals on your software, so you will no longer be charged. It does need to be noted here, you are unfortunately venting frustration in the wrong direction. No matter what software you use, you will get that very same error when trying to write temp files. That error being mentioned is not coming from our software in any way. It's coming directly from the operating system on your server. Unfortunately there physically no way for us, as the software company, to resolve this. I would mention here, if you do decide you wish to move forward again in the future, our cloud solution may well be a better fit for you. It would mean you do not have to worry about the hosting at all, as that is all managed on your behalf
  15. There is no alternative at the present time, unfortunately
  16. Indeed you dont have to worry about the PHP 8 side of things, as far as the server being updated. Please could you test this with no 3rd party items enabled. If you are then still seeing the same, I would need a screenshot of the filters used at the time
  17. Are you pointing to the same elasticsearch server, or is that also new?
  18. Unsure how to answer that to be honest. If that has happened to you, that can only have been caused by an issue at the time you installed it. Marketplace items would always have the marketplace ID.
  19. Unfortunately there is no way in which to do this at present. Please feel free to post this up as a suggestion if it something you wish to see in a future release
  20. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. 21. Thank you for confirming it resolved your problem 🙂
  22. Fascinating. Thank you for sharing that information. Sound like they have indeed broken something
  23. Your site appears to be online at present. What issue is it you are still experiencing?
  24. It would actually depend on what the developer decides to add. We will let you know here once this has been added to a release. 🙂
