  1. Unfortunately there seems to be no other post at the bottom of that topic, unless the account you have provided on file cannot see that content, so I would need an example I can see and look through to advise on what has happened there. With regard suggestions, please feel free to post those up within the suggestions forum.
  2. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  3. Glad to hear it 🙂
  4. Glad to see the cause of the issue was found in any case there, Richard
  5. Sorry to hear you are having issues there. It looks like you are seeing an old bug with the licence key notices based on the screenshot, so my first advise would be to upgrade your site straight away. If you are then still seeing issues, you would need to update your access details on file so we can take a look for you
  6. You can switch off 2 factor authentication by creating a constants.php file with the following contents in it <?php define('DISABLE_MFA',True); Once you have got in, you can disable and enable whatever you want, and remove when done.
  7. Got what you mean now.
  8. Glad to hear that sorted the issue for you
  9. As mentioned by terabyte there. It looks like the converter checkbox simply hasnt been checked when downloading
  10. I feel you may have misunderstood there. We need to know who the example users are, and some example links, so we can take a look at the issue.
  11. We are looking to patch some issues with calendar dates. Please keep your eye out for patches in the support area of your admin CP.
  12. Thats a unique middle name! Glad to hear you are now upgraded
  13. Ticket has been created. Please provide whatever information needed there
  14. Thank you for sharing
  15. Do you already have it set as using mb4 in your conf_global.php file? If so, thats likely why you are not seeing the option to convert to mb4
  16. I've moved this to our Community Support area where other Invision Community owners will see it and help where they can. It does seem though this is genuinly clever spammers, and there isnt anything specifically wrong there.
  17. It's less work than things going wrong. 😉
  18. Please could you provide some examples, and we can then take a look for you?
  19. Please could you let me know what browsers you are checking this on? I ask as when I check on your captcha @Afrodude I am seeing it no problem. The screenshot below is from your contact us page, but Im also seeing it on your pages too
  20. The first thing you should really do here is create a new theme and test it on that theme. This way you know there cant be anything altered on there. As mentioned by Nathan though, you should use the revert button rather than pasting in saved code
  21. The first question there would be what are those blocks? Are those perhaps 3rd party blocks that are running?
  22. The only way you may be able to do it is from Statistics>Activity>Tag Usage . You could then enter a large enough date range that would get you a list
  23. I would need more information on what exactly they have added. If you can get the dates they entered, we can certainly take a look for you
  24. Glad to hear this is now resolved
  25. Is this something that is causing you an issue on the page itself, or something that is just showing in console only?
