  1. You would indeed need to take a backup in any case. Unfortunately I cant really tell you what it will do, as its not in a state that should be possible. I would have said the best way to resolve this would actually be to ask the author of the plugin to correct the issue that it caused.
  2. Consider myself officially slapped by Nathan 😄
  3. As mentioned above, there is currently no facility to do this. Please feel free to post this up within our suggestions area
  4. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  5. As mentioned, you would reset from your client area
  6. You dont type in any URL. You would simply click it and it will reset it to no URL. The URL is set when you install. If you are using the same URL however, you dont need to reset at all. Just make sure it's the exact same address
  7. Unfortunately thats an issue with the browser you are having. If it can be opened when downloaded using other browsers, the file itself is clearly not the issue
  8. Before you begin here, what is it you are actually trying to achieve? I ask as you mention "scratch" however also then mention a database backup. What problem is it you are having?
  9. You would need to reset it from your client area. If you click on your license and select "Change licensed URL" to do this
  10. Sorry, it seems your topic had been missed there somehow. Without knowing what exactly the 3rd party item has done, there is no way in which we can say what will and wont be affected by the expiration of that purchase. If you have a purchase in place, it shouldnt affect anything if you expire the old one. But thats based on assumptions from what the core product would generally do of course
  11. Have you ensured you are using only a default pages template? It looks like one of your pages templates causing you issues, based on the error
  12. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  13. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  14. Please check to see if you have the following application
  15. You can edit the text anywhere on the site by using translation. Please take a look at the following guides on translating text on the site, which should help you to achieve this https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/themes-and-customizations/languages-and-localization_326/translating-using-the-visual-language-editor-r119/ And https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/themes-and-customizations/languages-and-localization_326/translating-using-the-standard-editor-r120/
  16. Any updates on applications would be shown within our release notes. Note that while suggestions may be made, they may not be implemented, or may be implemented in larger releases which can be quite some time down the road.
  17. Please could I confirm if this is happening on one specific application or on all applications?
  18. Just wanted to come back and let you know that I have added some notes to look at the items in question there. With regard stars, it would be ratings you would be looking for. These are simply the rating of an item, and a visual thing. It doesnt really do anything more than show someone what other people rate that topic. Lazy loading is actually enabled by default, and generally items where you are unsure such as these should be left in their default configuration. In fact nothing in the advanced configuration should be changed, unless you are an advanced user who knows to change these for a specific reason. Lazy loading itself means that when items are not loaded (images for example) until the user can actually see them. So they will load when scrolling down a large page, rather than all loading when the topic is initially opened. This means the topic loads up faster for your users
  19. If there is an internal server error, the best course of action would be to get the contents of that error from your server, as that may tell you what is going on there
  20. I'm in the UK 😄 Thank you for your concern, but not that insane as of yet (dont ask anyone else, or they will refute that claim)
  21. I have just taken a look at this, and it is indeed correct. Word filters, at present, work with only the body of the text. I will add a note to bring this up internally, however this is working as intended currently
  22. Also its worth noting, if you are redirecting to https, you should also have your site set up as https in your sites configuration. Please see the following file if you havent done this already https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/advanced-options/configuration-options/using-ssl-https-r273/
  23. Not a problem. Glad to hear things are now working for you 🙂
  24. These can only be changed when you change your main URL, so you should use a domain you can point elsehwhere if needed. I have reset it on this occasion for you
