  1. As mentioned above, performance issues are really something you need to take up with your hosting provider. Given its when you are posting however, check you dont have any issues with your mail, which could cause this. Also check in the support area of your admin CP and ensure there are no suggestions in there you should be following
  2. Please provide a link to that item, and let me know who you are logged in as, along with ensuring all access details are up to date on file
  3. As mentioned by Stuart there, we dont have any further new features planned for version 4
  4. Nothing obvious in there, unfortunately. I would suggest contacting your hosting company at this point, to see if they can see what is being redirected there, if you are seeing redirects. It may well be something on the server setup side.
  5. Very glad to hear things are now working as expected for you 🙂
  6. So to clarify here, you are looking for anything in those columns that may be redirecting you.
  7. You should be looking only at the 2 columns named "suffix" and "prefix"
  8. Have you recently updated groups at all? More specifically the markup on them?
  9. We would need more context on this. Is this while its still only loading "2023" as you show above?
  10. At this point I would honestly be checking all files for the test 2023 to see if you can see it anywhere
  11. If you are only replacing files, then no. So effectively you are doing a merge, so it replaces any files which are in the upload It should be noted, you should always take a full backup before doing anything of this manner in any case
  12. Glad to hear you have things working 🙂
  13. Try calling a proper endpoint rather than calling hello, and let us know what you are then seeing.
  14. I would replace all files, rather than just the file in that folder there
  15. This isn't really something new. This would indeed be what the contact form would be for. The same issue would apply regardless of us removing displayname login
  16. Im not seeing any issues with the times on posts on this end. Have you checked the timezones on your machine?
  17. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  18. You should be able to see statuses on anyones profile without the need to add anything further. Please could you clarify?
  19. Any 'live' functions such as whos typing, whos viewing, live topics. Items such as courses that are added in our latest releases would not be released to older packages. Limitations on concurrent users were removed with the new packages also.
  20. There isnt online user limits on any plans, no. Registration is the same no matter which you are on. You will of course not have any of the newer cloud based live features on the old plans
  21. This would not be the recommended way of doing it, and to be honest has unnecessary steps. You could just as easily upload the files, add your conf_global.php file, and upgrade.
  22. The first to reach the threshhold is shown No "most helpful" bar is shown at all. Most helpful posts are shown in the topic summary sidebar🙂
  23. Did you test what I mentioned above? This may well give you a better indication. Sorry to hear your host are unsure how to resolve the issue for you.
  24. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  25. I understand the thought process there, however of course we have to look at the product as a whole. There are many many things like this where people would like to see change or improvement. 1000 tiny things is unfortunately no longer a tiny thing.
