  1. The fix if you want it before 4.7.13 is released 'proper', would be 4.7.13 beta
  2. If you have copied tables from different points in time, unfortunately its likely you are going to have issues. If you are referring to the table you mentioned above, that would not be related in any way though.

  6. While I can understand your frustration, as with my colleague, I am unable to reproduce this no matter what I do. I simply cant create 2 accounts no matter how fast I try and click through. Please could both of you ensure your access details are up to date, so I can take a closer look. It may help if I can compare the setup of the 2, in order to see if there is anything obvious

  12. Sorry to hear you are having issues there. There are indeed, as you have noted, times where transactions will be held for fraud review. This can take a couple of days in some instances, however I can see this has taken a little longer in your case. I have flagged this one up to see if we can get it resolved today for you, so you should get a resolution very soon.
  13. Anything outside of that would depend upon the browser. If its surrounded in HTML5 video tags, then from there on in, it's the browser that decides how to display that

  20. It snot possible to update your testing in that manner. Your license allows the use of one live and one test environment. Anything outside of that would require a new license These would be: your-Key-Here and your-Key-Here-TESTINSTALL
  21. It does seem you are on an older version there too. Please ensure you update to the latest release and test this again

  23. That is correct, as you do indeed have an installation at the URL in question
  24. They will only be sent to the owner in terms of the email. The name in the client area cannot be changed. This is the name of the purchasing customer
