  9. We would not assist with manual upgrade. You would need to upload the files manually, and then proceed to the upgrader screen at /admin/upgrade on your site
  10. Just to note to say this was indeed looked at, and is intentional as guests do not have permission so its showing no other data. We do have a note to improve on this, but its not broken as such.
  11. If you check your emails, you will see this in your email. Its there it will be responded to, and you can respond to it from that email

  13. Please let us know if you are not seeing this on the next release, but please do not upgrade. Also, please check on a default unaltered theme at that time. Of course, at present we would not be able to investigate this as you are up to date, so there isnt anything for us to see there.
  14. These still exist if you are logged in as an admin who has the permissions to upgrade, and your admin CP is showing the upgrade available (by this, I mean an upgrade check has been done). Given you have upgraded, its very likely it had simply not run yet

  16. Tab 2 there would have already loaded the partial response that has not been submitted, which I feel is where the issue is here. At the time you open that tab, its actually correct.
  17. The initial issue I have created a ticket for you on, just so we can double check that for you. The other items however, are working as designed
  18. Its worth noting, if its not expired, it wont revert either. According to the screenshot there, its not actually expired (expiry date, plus the grace period). (Make sure you now remove those terms by the way)
  19. Have you checked what group they were in previously. It can only revert someone to the group they were previously in, so my suspicion would be they were previously in that group themselves. You should see that further own the list

  21. For some reason, it hadnt removed the terms there. I can certainly see that is the case. If you would like me to escalate I can do that, however you would need to leave the current situation in place while we investigate. This is what I believed you would likely not want to do. Of course, if this is something that has happened before, then it would need to be looked into further. Dont get me wrong, its certainly an oddity, but its also not one Ive seen before, and I suspect you are unlikely to see again. I'm happy to escalate if you want to leave that in place (do not do anything with that account if so)
  22. That would generally be an issue with browser cache unfortunately. Are you running any plugins on your browser at all? If so, please remove those and see if that helps with the problem
  23. You could potentially redirect your other domain to your service here at IPS. You would be pointing to the address you are using, not the invisionservice one. These would however be redirects you would set up on your end, not on our end. If you are unsure how to do that you would need to speak to your domain provider. It does need to be noted however, that this will be a redirect. It will not be 2 domains actually using the same site. www.x.com/something will redirect to www.y.com/something. It will not show www.x.com/something to the user
