  1. I have also just responded to your ticket there
  2. We support any OAuth 2.0 enabled site to log in, MYSQL Logins, and LDAPlogins. Anything outside of those, would need custom login handlers writing for this purpose. You can add any of the above in the same way you add google/facebook etc. Just click "Create New" in Settings->Login & Registration, then select the type relevant to yourself
  3. There is no way in which to remove this option at the present time. Im not sure if the javascript question is related to the same question here? If so, I'm not sure how. Any customisation questions I would post in the design and customisation forum
  4. This is something that has been custom built in house for our main page. It isn't something that is easily shared unfortunately.
  5. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  6. Permissions can be found here In terms of looking for only items from group 1 where they have group 2, the only way I can think of would be to download the member list, and include secondary groups. You could then probably use that to find them
  7. Yes, you can certainly do that. You can actually do it either at member group level, area level (forum for example), member level, or even at individual topic level. Group - Edit any group, go to the content tab, switch on "Require approval before content shows?" Forum - Edit forum. go to posting settings, select the options for "Posts must be approved?" Member - Edit a member, click edit under warnings & restrictions, change the "Require approval before content shows?" settings Topic - Click moderator actions, select "Enable post approval"
  8. Its really up to the device to tell you if its present. Its certainly working on your site. What device are you using to test this, and what browser?
  9. Ah, this being the case, I would advise on contacting your hosting provider, as it seems something is being blocked there. Possibly something like mod_security, or even securi.
  10. If mail is set to use community in the cloud, then it certainly should work (we have many MANY clients using that same service). What issue are you seeing? What is actually happening when you test?
  11. There isn't much there that we can really check. You would need to contact your hosting company on any performance issues. Of course in terms of 3rd party applications, you are best to disable them and check to see if that has any impact. Doing things like checking slow query logs can help to ascertain where you may have problems. This is a web app. So essentially, the browser will let them know it is available, and allow them to add the site to their desktop as an icon. Its not quite a native app as such, as you have with tapatalk. It does however, mean that you are not at the whim of tapatalk going forward.
  12. I can only tell you that the renewal terms were not actually removed there, so you do need to remove those again first of all. I would advise on upgrading to the latest release, and if that happens again please let us know. In the meantime, if you need to refund, you would click the arrow at the right of that invoice, and select the refund button
  13. If you still have that message, then you do indeed still have tables that are not INNODB somewhere
  14. You should always take a backup, but yes they are old folders that can be removed completely Got ya 🙂
  15. While thats true, the uploads folder appears to be there too. So it will get rid of some, but not all
  16. I would guess thats very unlikely given the range of folders they are in, and the fact they are all numbered PHP files
  17. In the first instance, I would actually ask your host that question.
  18. We do not offer services for cleaning up your hosting unfortunately. Im not sure where you got the impression I was saying you are ok there. Those files are not ours
  19. These look to be old folders on a lot of them (back from 3.x days), and no dont look to be our files there, even on the folders that are current.
  20. As mentioned above, performance issues are really something you need to take up with your hosting provider. Given its when you are posting however, check you dont have any issues with your mail, which could cause this. Also check in the support area of your admin CP and ensure there are no suggestions in there you should be following
  21. Please provide a link to that item, and let me know who you are logged in as, along with ensuring all access details are up to date on file
  22. As mentioned by Stuart there, we dont have any further new features planned for version 4
  23. Nothing obvious in there, unfortunately. I would suggest contacting your hosting company at this point, to see if they can see what is being redirected there, if you are seeing redirects. It may well be something on the server setup side.
