  1. I will take a look at that and probably get it removed. It is indeed something that just never had anything added to.
  2. Is there Something Specific that would have put them in that group in the first place? I ask as I cant see them having been in that group
  3. We appear to be unable to get to your site as we are being blocked by cloudflare. I would advise on disabling this to check if the issue is occuring too
  4. If its showing nothing to update, then you have the latest. If you want to make 100% sure, you can always upload a fresh set of files from your client area
  5. Glad to hear you appear to have resolved the issue
  6. You would then need to report this to swiftkey, as the issue itself is not an issue on the editor. We have no control over what shiftkey sends to the editor (select here, backspace here etc)

  8. Please ensure you are on the latest release, and if so, ensure you apply the patch showing in the support area of your admin CP. If both those are done and you still have the same, please let us know

  10. It would then appear its already present. Did you perhaps update after the patch was released? If so, you would already have it
  11. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.   13. Im a little confused on this one. Why is it you are attempting to reset your URL?
  14. No. If you switch, any tags already present will stay, but no new ones can be added unless they are the ones you specify
  15. Are you redirecting from the old location? If so, you need to remove that redirect while you reset. I would suggest clearing your browser cache and your sites cache from the support area, if you have just moved the site
  16. Yes, you can PM them, and I will add them as hidden on a post here for other staff
  17. Do you have anything else which may be accessing the site using your own IP? Something automated perhaps? Also, are you seeing any repeating errors in your system logs?

  19. Please check the following 2 things In Notification options, make sure you are set to Receive notifications about Event reminders Make sure you have clicked "Set Reminder" on the event
  20. Before continuing with anything here, have you completed the upgrade?
  21. I would ask yourself why you are looking to change the setting at all?
  22. Are you using a default editor on your android device? And which android device?
  23. Are you getting this if you test with a default theme?
