  1. The answer to that question would be to correct what is causing those error logs. We would only know that once we are in the ACP and can take a look. You can restore that table without the data if needed. We can then take a look at what starts being logged and resolve from there
  2. It certainly should be something that your hosting company can restore easily, yes
  3. We do not have telephone support unfortunately. You need to contact your hosting company on this. The table ibf_core_log is missing from your database, so you need to restore this table from your latest backup. That is what is causing you issues
  4. I have escalated the ticket for you now so that we can see whats going on for you
  5. FTP and admin login we would need Please could you check the FTP ============= Status: Resolving address of {redacted for security} Status: Connecting to {redacted for security}... Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message... Status: Initializing TLS... Status: Verifying certificate... Status: TLS connection established. Command: USER {redacted for security} Response: 331 User {redacted for security} OK. 6. If you change the price of an item, it should ask you if you wish to change it for existing or not
  7. Please update your access details on file. We can then get this looked at for you. This is not related to your license in any way, and is actually related to a table either missing or corrupt, based on the error you are getting.
  8. I have edited out the email address from the message above so you are not targeted with spam. I've copied you in to the latest reply on that email mentioned
  9. No, its nothing related to badges. Take a look here if you want to know more about the profile completion feature
  10. Thank you for the update, and glad to see you managed to get the data you needed there
  11. There is nothing in which will fix content that has already been posted unfortunately
  12. As mentioned by opentype above, this isnt one that is available as stock. You do need to be aware you are looking at 2 different things there though. invisionfocus.de main page is a custom pages template as mentioned, however the screenshot you sent is not. That one is blogs which is the stock default view
  13. If you look in the admin CP at his profile, you will be able to see him connected on the left of the page. You can also disconnect it from there
  14. It would only need to be the first letter of your site we need and for you to update access details. I can then look from there
  15. Ah, no problem. Could you please let me know which site this is on? Are you running the beta at all?
  16. They are, however you are comparing 2 different applications there
  17. You mentioned that this was on someone elses site. You would need to get that person to post up so that I can take a look at their site specifically.
  18. Damn, you got us. We werent supposed to add such fantastic performance improvements 😉 😄
  19. I have just tested this on my end, and not seeing any issues with this. You would be best to report to the owner of that site if its not your site. If it is, of course let us know and provide an example we can take a look at.
  20. They would get that prompt if they have clicked to register using twitter. The only other time that would be asked for is if they have physically clicked to link to twitter on their account in account settings. You would not see it, as you arent logging in using twitter. You are logging in using the internal login. In addition, it cannot ask you permissions to use their twitter account
  21. I have reponded to this again just now, so please check your email again.
  22. No problem. Let us know if you do need any further assistance
  23. ACP initially. It seems we have a username there, but your site has only email login
  24. If you are getting an internal server error, I would suggest first of all checking your server error logs to see what error is being produced
