  1. It looks like it may actually be an issue with the files you are uploading there. I have just added a record with no issue at all on my end. Could you zip one of the files you are testing and upload it here so I can take a look?
  2. Please could you ensure the account I have just created on your site just now has access to the front end pages application. We can then take a look to see what is going on for you
  3. Please go to Support in your ACP first of all. At present you have tables which are not INNODB, which can lead to timeouts. Wondering if this may well be what is causing it to be out at some point and not at others.
  4. Please could you update your access details on file? The current ones appear to be incorrect
  5. Please set it again, and let us know if you see it come up again. I know there was a small change made to prevent this from happening on a small number of sites.
  6. There is no way in which to mass change peoples notification options. The option you change in the ACP is changing what the default is for new users, rather than changing those who already have them set up. Could I please confirm you now have this sorted?
  7. These blocks are cached, which is likely why you are seeing that. Are you referring to on here?
  8. You would access this within your Admin CP, and then visit System->Site Features->Menu Manager Please see the following guide, which may assist you further there https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/getting-started/setting-up-your-menu-r27/
  9. Glad to see we managed to get this sorted out for you, and a new SSL applied.
  10. We are assuming here that this was one of the 3rd party items mentioned by my colleague that was causing this problem. I will mark this solved for this reason, as we havent had a respond from yourself since last Monday. If of course you still have the issue, please let us know.
  11. Unfortunately, without access Im not sure what else I can really suggest. You can check your server error logs to see if anything is stored there, and also yoru browser console logs. We would not usually support development installs either
  12. Please update your URL and access details on file. I can then take a look. This sounds more an issue than the other. Is there anyone else able to log into your front end?
  13. Having so many plugins will indeed cause you issues at some point. Could you please try another browser and see if you can get logged in there?
  14. Just a quick update on this. My colleague was able to replicate the problem, so we can taking a look into this. Thank you for reporting
  15. Are you running any plugins on your browser at all? If so, please disable all of these first of all
  16. As mentioned, we generally would not have an action like this, as with many items it can cause a lot of problems if you stop things mid process. Im very glad to hear you managed to get that sorted though, and good luck with getting everything back to where you need
  17. I am unable to replicate this on my own end. Could you please clarify before I continue, is this only happening on "unread"? Sorry, I also note there that the error message shows guest. Are you logged in when you test this?
  18. Sorry for the delay there. Your ticket is with an higher tier of support, and therefore can take longer to process than our standard support
  19. @John_C did you manage to get this resolved?
  20. Just to add to what my colleague mentioned there, if you dont want to deal with hosting issues at all, we do offer a cloud hosted solution which may better suit your needs. You would then be able to concentrate on just running your site. The options for those you can find here https://invisioncommunity.com/buy
  21. @Askancy Did you manage to get yourself sorted there?
  22. @djohnson_merged is everything now ok for you there? I am going to Mark my colleagues post as the solution, however if you are still having issues, please do let us know
  23. @PokemonMillennium Did you managed to find an answer to your question here?
  24. Have you managed to get those queries run on your server now, @SIRAPHONG RITTATHAM ?
