  1. Its worth pointing out, this is not a case of only not being available to self-hosted customers. Its quite a common misconception about things in general. Courses is available only on Creator Pro and above, meaning it's actually not available to some cloud customers either, depending on their package.

  3. What you show in your image there would be the correct way to set it up. You would use permissions and groups as appropriate to set access.   4. This has been added as feedback as a suggestion to change. If you are reporting something you believe to be a bug, you should report this in our technical problems area. Feedback, while read, will not always be responded to. In the case of this one, it appears to be a suggestion for change in the software in multiple areas. I would highly suggest ensuring you are adding each suggestion as a separate item, as this appears to start with URLs, go to slideshows and end with tags With suggestions, we cannot guarantee that an item will be added or changed when you post. We can guarantee only that its read and may be considered. What we can certainly guarentee is if they are not posted, we wouldnt even know you wish to have them of course
  5. I would suggest then also checking on your server error logs to see if you see anything happening there when you upload in the first instance

  10. Its not possible for me to say for certain what your friend has, however you do not have the classic license type, which gives you all applications. If you go to your client area, you will see a banner which allows you to see what terms you can be offered to switch
  11. The only way in which you are going to be able to do this would be to move them into another group yourself, if its something you are manually approving. So you flow would be Guest - Cant see anything Registered - Can see the 1 forum and post New group - You move them to this group once you are happy with them, which can see everything There isnt a way in which you are going to be able to automate more than this

  15. This will be you server. We wouldnt attempt to send an email every hour. We send an email to your email service, and once its gone its in the hands of your email provider

  17. You can see the specific error related to the issue within system>Settings>logs on your sites installation, or within your server logs. We would not generally provide more specific infromation about errors such as these as doing so could reveal information that you would not want to show
  18. It sends email from whatever you have set up in system->Settings->Email on your admin CP. It would indeed be that which would need to be set up correctly, and you would need to contact whoever sends the mail for that email address
  19. As you are using your own email service, thats not something that would be provided by ourselves. Its something that would be provided by your email provider
  20. That is something you will need to take up with your mail provider, to ensure you have everything set up as you should have.
  21. On each location Im seeing that has occurred there are gooks that are loaded. You need to ensure everything is indeed disabled in the first instance. Even in the message above, I can see chatbox is loading there. Im not seeing any sisues on the site itself, but seeing it being logged
