Don't post your license keys publicly, that would let anyone else use them as proof of purchase when they haven't purchased and you may lose access to it.

Logs at level code 1 are worth ignoring, our default for logging these errors is level 3. I would recommend you set it back to that to avoid getting a lot of typically useless logs.

Marketplace: The Next Steps
Stuart Silvester replied to Stuart Silvester's topic in Invision Community Insider
Any outstanding should be reviewed this coming week Yes, it'll be available for a while yet (no current plans for an end date to remove it) Most customers don't have that many purchases to warrant the time spent on that. -
Yes, it may be related to having a third party theme if you're not seeing the buttons in the follow drop down. There's also a widget/block you can drag and drop onto your pages to prompt your members to use Community Hive.

Marketplace: The Next Steps
Stuart Silvester replied to Stuart Silvester's topic in Invision Community Insider
Custom resource can be installed whether they're free or paid. The difference is that you'll have to get these resource from the developers own website instead of our Marketplace. -
The Marketplace is closing on October 30th 2023. If you haven't already read the announcement, please read it first. As our Marketplace prepares to close its doors, we want to ensure a seamless transition for our customers. To facilitate this process, we're introducing a new 'license key' system to allow you to transfer your purchases to the third-party developer website in a privacy-conscious way. On the 'My Purchases' page, you'll find an improved layout displaying each resource you've purchased from the Marketplace. This includes the original purchase date, the expiry date (if applicable) and the current renewal term (if applicable). Additionally, we've added two new enhancements. First, you'll notice the purchase-specific license key (depicted as XXXX in the screenshot). This license key is accessible to the third party author and can be provided to them through their website or other means. It enables them to confirm your payment for the resource and check its activation status. Secondly, we've added a link to their profile in the Providers Directory (if applicable). You can find contact details and a link to the provider's website on their profile. We hope that these additions will help make the transition as smooth as possible. Third Party Developers Developers can now access the new 'My Sales' area, where you'll find a searchable list of resources that have had sales on the Marketplace. This list may include resources that were previously hidden. Clicking on any of these resources will display a list similar to the old 'my paid files.' Here, you'll find detailed information for each purchase, including purchase and expiry dates. Additionally, the list now includes the customer's current renewal term, which may differ from the initial purchase due to pricing changes. Furthermore, you'll notice the new license key, conveniently searchable in the top right corner. We've also made the list of purchases available in CSV format, allowing for easy integration into your own website or marketplace. Please let us know if you have any questions and we hope these new tools will ease the transition from the Marketplace.

The second CNAME is for automatic SSL certificate verification and renewal.

Yes, that will still work if the resource has the update check URL populated and the author has their side of it implemented.

33 pages of error logs from Hive: rate limit exceeded
Stuart Silvester replied to Adriano Faria's topic in Technical Problems
The logging is intentional so we have information for any issues that may occur during beta. We'll eventually reduce it to debug logging. We'll look at combining the requests in this situation so it doesn't get rate limited. -

That page also shows a list of their purchases (including Downloads files), split between Active / Expired / Cancelled. -
Manual Upgrade "Table Doesn't Exist"
Stuart Silvester replied to ojaidave's topic in Classic self-hosted technical help
This table (core_widget_areas) has existed since 4.0.0, so if they're missing from your backup that may suggest that your backup is incomplete. -
Marketplace - Need to edit a review I did
Stuart Silvester replied to abobader's topic in Technical Problems
I have deleted your review, you can submit a new one now. -
When the Marketplace closes you'll need to obtain any future updates from the author. Many 3rd party authors are (or already have) setting up their own websites to sell their products. With 4.7.13 you'll be able to manually upgrade resources you installed from the Marketplace. We will be providing a 'proof of purchase' system in the near future but in the meantime authors may ask you for another proof of purchase if you want to obtain updates directly.

Overloading of logs can cause problems?
Stuart Silvester replied to LiveG's topic in General Questions
I would suggest solving the problem that's causing the logs to begin with. A 'large' table won't slow things down but a plugin causing something to get logged a lot could. The table is automatically pruned, you don't need to manually clear it. You should probably disable the 'MVN; (or similar name) plugin until it's fixed. -
Ecommerce webhooks do not work with guests denied access to the site?
Stuart Silvester replied to Extrex's topic in Feedback
I would recommend checking your spam and trash folders, we sent you an email on Friday and it shows that it has been viewed. -
After October you'll need to get any updates from the author, we're not going to be allowing files to be downloaded directly, that isn't part of the agreement we have with authors. There will be a means to 'prove' your existing ownership to them on their own sites so you can continue to receive updates and renew the purchase (if required)
