  1. Thanks
DawPi got a reaction from MeMaBlue in (DP42) Custom Bad Words Filter
Hm, I think I know. I've rechecked it and uploaded new version (pending approval) with a "fix" for that. You may "fix" that by running that query:
    CREATE TABLE `dp4custombadwords_settings` ( `id` int(11) NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT, `mid` int(10) UNSIGNED NOT NULL DEFAULT '0', `dp42bypass_badwords` tinyint(3) UNSIGNED NOT NULL DEFAULT '0' ); ALTER TABLE `dp4custombadwords_settings` ADD PRIMARY KEY (`id`), ADD UNIQUE KEY `mid` (`mid`);

Adding to the topic, a few more suggestions for the marketplace:
File submitters should be able to download their own files bypassing the marketplace ACP requirement. Display the “pending version” message to anyone and not only to file submitter Display the date the pending version was uploaded. Ability to mass change file prices (apply a % to increase/decrease prices to be used in Black Friday, for example). Add a list of pending versions in the My Paid Files page.

Hello, I would like to propose 2 things that I ran into recently and I think they can be solved.
Create a button, for templates/applications and plugins, where you can cancel sending a file to be checked. I was in the position where I uploaded the text file with the update, the images and I forgot because of fatigue to upload the xml as well theme with the update. You have to wait 1.2 ... x days to be rejected, then you have to upload it again and wait again 1.2 ... x days for approval. I know, every person should be careful not to be in this position, but there may be cases where you forget something and it would be more useful both for you and for us. Add again the possibility at least for the authors of the applications/plugins or templates to be able to download their older versions. I am in the position where I have a problem with a bug that I can't figure out and I don't have an older version available so I can compare them and see where I went wrong, or if it's something else. In version 4.4 this was possible and you could download any version you uploaded, otherwise I no longer see the download button as useful when you hit see changelog , because it directs you to the marketplace.

Welcome to the very first Invision Insight, hosted by yours truly! 😎
I'm excited to connect with you each week to share what's happening inside Invision Community. For those that haven't yet seen me making my way around this community, I'm Gary, and I have just recently joined the Customer Service team at Invision Community.
We are currently working hard to close out our 20th year in business on a high note!
There are still so many things to look forward to before the year is done though, and I wanted to give you all a few things to keep your eyes out for. It truly is a testament to the hard work, motivation and dedication of the entire team, and we thank each and every one of you for your contributions, suggestions, feedback and overall engagement within the Invision Community space. We have you to thank for the past 20 years, and we hope to still bring you a dynamic community platform for the next 20 (and beyond)!
    New Version
Invision Community have released their most recent beta, 4.7.5 Beta 1.
This release is our December release and focuses mainly on providing bug fixes and improving stability in the software. This will be our last release for the year as we prepare ourselves for some new features in 2023!
Please click here to read up on the full release notes.
    Blog
Earlier this week, I posted my first blog entry providing insight on how keeping it simple provides the best experience for the users of your community. It would be awesome if you could check it out if you obviously haven't already done so!
This makes up the first of a mini-series of blog entries I have planned, so stay tuned to read more in the next few weeks.

    Changelog
And just to keep you all in the loop, and because we know you love what our outstanding development team are doing each week, I thought I'd steal @Jordan Miller's idea (😈) in providing you all with a list of updates and fixes made to Invision Community in the last seven days:
See you in the community and next week right here for another Invision Insight! I look forward to hearing from you all!
On a side note, if you have any ideas for future Invision Insight content, I'm all ears! Feel free to send me a private message if you don't want it mentioned publicly.
    Thank you everyone! 🦘

This is not possible with mentions.
There is a plugin that lets you do it with groups…
If you want it to go out to literally EVERYONE though, I would suggest looking at the new alerts feature.

You can't download 4.7.3 anymore. You must update it directly into 4.7.4.
Import from old? 🙂 You can run just admin/upgrade/ and it will take care of everything. 🙂

DawPi reacted to Sonya* in Force Guests to Pay First then create an invoice
This is not about guests, but about how IPS is designed.
See the page: _https://irosacea.org/subscriptions/ When you click on one of the Subscribe now buttons, you will be redirected to the Checkout page. The URL of the Checkout page contains the invoice number in its URL, e. g. _https://irosacea.org/checkout/XXX/ and this invoice (XXX) is already created before you even start to fill out the Checkout form.
So it is not that users submit invoices without filling in the information. They will not be able to proceed without filling out the information. This is the IPS that creates the invoice as soon the page is just shown to the user. It is just too early.
If a user is just curious about what happens after clicking on Subscribe now, the invoice is already generated for being curious. Theoretically, the bots can generate invoices as well. Just by crawling all URLs on the site.

    Happy Hump Day! Sort of…
I have a bit of news to share with you: this will be my last Hump Day as I am stepping down from Invision Community. 😢
I am transitioning to a new role at Amazon. I’ll be creating content and engagement solutions for AWS.
I’d like to take a moment to thank this community for welcoming me with open arms. When I first started my journey as an Invision Community team member, I focused on community advocacy and connecting clients with the team. We quickly realized my, um... exuberance was better suited in marketing and sales.
Creating content around Invision Community opened my eyes even further to how brilliantly crafted this platform is and the team behind it.
I've also genuinely enjoyed communicating with industry professionals every day who showed interest in adding a community component to their business.
So many incredible Achievements (😏) happened along the way; I’m grateful I was a part of Invision Community’s success as we blazed through the 20-year anniversary. 🎉
Now, you won’t be rid of me entirely. My own community, BreatheHeavy, will still remain on the Invision Community platform. I look forward to staying connected with all of you here!
Thank you for engaging and interacting with me these last few years.
Please feel free to PM me here if you have any feedback, questions or well wishes. 😃
I want to give a special thanks to @Charles for being my mentor and seeing potential in me (even when I didn't).
And before I go, here’s a list of updates and changes made to the platform in the last seven days:

    Thank you, 🙏
    -Jordan
