Bug? 500th post icon showing 100?

I thought I would bump this up. I noticed it on my site then came here to see and sure enough it looks like the icon is missing:

Could contain: File, Metropolis, Building, Urban, City, Town, Text, Webpage

Inspecting the file path, it looks like there are 2 .svg listed:

Is this a bug?

I am using the latest version of Edge browser which is Chromium based, so that makes sense. Strange it is only the one?

Are you sure it has nothing to do with the duplicated .svg? Inspect the image location and you will see what I mean.

Notice the double .svg in the middle?

It's not related to the filename, it's related to the file contents in specific contexts. You'll notice if you open that file directly in your web browser, it renders perfectly.
