I noticed it on my site then came here to see and sure enough it looks like the icon is missing: Inspecting the file path, it looks like there are 2 .svg listed: https://content.invisioncic.com/a319035/monthly_2022_03/FiveHundredItemsPosted.svg.6457ebbb85abf462bf4832e816a0a4ed.svg Is this a bug? It's not related to the filename, it's related to the file contents in specific contexts. You'll notice if you open that file directly in your web browser, it renders perfectly.
