The create button then gets replaced by a "start new topic" button That is a valid point that the create menu isn't shown on mobiles, there is also an 'add feedback' button on the Feedback page itself. The feedback page however does look a bit messy on mobile, I'll add a note to clean that up. Link to comment

Hi, This is an oversight, It doesn't appear that I added it into the IPS4 version (it's present in the 3.x version). The only thing missing now is to do the next integration step, which is showing the qualification/feedback counter on the user mini profile... I hope you won't forget about that! Link to comment
