I'd like to create functionality on our community for users to create their own work portfolios they can share with candidate employers. I've had this account since 2013 and have never had a problem logging in. This morning I tried to login to the admin section to run the update, and got locked out. So now when I try to get back in, it says it's locked for 14 minutes and there is no option to reset it and support isn't responding?? I'm still logged in to my forum, so that part is okay for now.

I want my members to 'share' to social media, but I do not want them to assign anything to 'Our picks'. Obviously, I want admins to be able to select our picks, so I don't want to shut the system off completely. Is there a way? All I have found is the Social Media Promotion toggle which: "Allows members to use the promote system to post to your community's Twitter pages if set up, and also to add items to the 'Our Picks' list." I occasionally have members who will start a new thread to post their projects instead of replying to the existing thread for that purpose. When I try to move/merge those posts into the thread, I am reminded that it will keep the URL/name of the post I am trying to move into the thread instead of just adding the post to it. Is there a way to do that? So if I have a thread that is something like /forums/topic/1433-quick-page-workshop-june-2023/ and the "orphan" post started a thread here /forums/topic/1451-my-results-lesson-3-4/ how do I get that "orphan" post/thread into the thread that should be used? I have one anonymous forum and quite often members will overlook selecting the "post anonymously" toggle. Is it possible to force this to be checked by default when anonymous posting is permitted in the forum? I had a look in the templates to see if I could customize the add new topic forum but couldn't find anything that looked like it would do. Thanks!

Just upgraded software. It said that there were some theme issues and the theme needs upgrading. My question is, where can I find the latest default IPS theme so that I can then make customisations direct to a copy of this? I think this is the best and easiest way to upgrade the theme rather than upgrading the custom one's code. From what I can tell the IPS Default theme after upgrade was not upgraded to the latest software? Many thanks in advance

I have quite a few plugins which work, but I can't edit their settings due to PHP errors. I don't have access to the XML files, some of which were custom-made by @newbie LAC. I realise that these can't be exported to be fixed. But can they be fixed in a live dev environment to work properly? I don't really want to lose them, I have most disabled but if I don't have the XML. Will I need to seek them to be remade? 😞

My SEO adviser gave me the suggestion that I should run my IPB in english and german. Does anybody have any experience in this matter ? Does it in fact make a difference in the SEO ? And is it then possible to have the core on the IPB in 2 languages ? Thanks for the help in forward.

Having trouble getting iPhone to recognize a background_color update to the PWA manifest. The apple-touch-startup-image links are correct in the site source code and CDN (correct image and correct background_color), as well as for the dimensions of my model iPhone, but the background of the startup image is not correct on the iPhone when the PWA is started. I've tried wiping the iPhone website data and cache, restarting the device, removing and re-adding the PWA, both Safari and Chrome to Add to Home Screen, but it still seems to be different than the apple-touch-startup-image for the device dimensions. I'm preparing to move to a new server. There I get the messages "The component mod_python is not installed on the destination server. mod_python will be unavailable for all restored objects." and "The component mod_perl is not installed on the destination server. mod_perl will be unavailable for all restored objects." Not sure if this belongs here or in feedback, but it seems like there are inconsistencies in block templates' class usage and corresponding CSS that influences the layout (i.e. some center aligned, others left aligned. Assuming there's no way to cleanly update this via AdminCP and will require editing the block code somewhere else? Is there a way to send an email to all members of a club? I looked in the Members > Bulk Mail section but don't see any filters that would limit the email to only members of a specific club. If there is no way to do this from within the platform, is there a way to export all email addresses of club members so I can do it manually in Outlook?
